1. Thank you to Rose for helping me the other day. 2. Darla, one of the tellers, appeared as though I was being an inconvenience to her for asking if she could type out what my cashiers check was for. I was the only customer in the building. It takes 5 seconds to type it out and at least act like you’re kind enough and competent enough to do so. Sorry for interrupting your chat with a co-worker that you chose to have instead of assisting a customer.

Karmen was extremely helpful over the phone with us! She stayed a few minutes past closing and was patient.

This is the only branch of AAFCU where the people working there are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful! We normally drive to Euless where our experience is the opposite! It’s not like they’re too busy either, today I needed a wire turned in (we’ve tried to do it online but it’s impossible!) so we took it in. Deana acted like I was a huge bother, told me she submitted it but I wouldn’t know until Tuesday if the paperwork was filled out right. Isn’t that HER job?? To make sure it is?? I tried waiting til the wire dept got it but it was obvious that Deana was not going to be helpful. We got in our car and I decided to call the wire dept. Elsa was beyond helpful and in a few minutes confirmed that it was fine.Deana could’ve made that call but like the others who work there and we’ve dealt with previously, it’s always unfriendly and bare minimum service. I will always drive the extra 10-15 min to Euless now but I shouldn’t have to!

Not open on Saturdays!!! Don't be fooled- there are not people there to help you. When I called 1-800 number they were also absolutely no help. Terrible customer service with this bank. I can't wait to close my account!

On 5/29/2020 visited Southlake branch to re-finance my auto loan. In 24 years with AA/Credit Union never received an excellent service. Bank auto loan officer Juanita was fast, reliable and customer oriented.

This bank is a joke. They have zero customer service skills. Long time customer means nothing to them. They are not your advocate, they are your enemy apparently. No one ever calls when they are supposed to. No one can answer questions. Fraudulent charges equal weeks with no bank card and you'll still probably not get your money back. I loathe this institution. A report to the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can find will be shortly on its way. Do not take your business and money here unless you enjoy being messed around. Good luck finding a branch you can walk in to. Grrrrrrr

Wouldn't give change for a $20..."we don't distribute cash here". Oh ok, sorry I thought I was in a bank. EECU is much better.

Our CU (MECU) is long gone. It's Andigo now, and the AA CU is our local optiion for Andigo account cash access (in or out). Service has always been quick and efficient. Bottom line: Best part is the candy bowl.
