I had a great experience at Any Lab Test Now. The staff was super friendly and professional, and the process was quick and easy. I didn’t need an appointment, and they were upfront about pricing, so there were no surprises. My results came back faster than expected, and the whole experience felt smooth. This is such a convenient option for getting tests done without having to go through insurance or wait on a doctor. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing quick lab work!

LOVE the Southlake location. Holly is the best! She is very knowledgable and helpful about the nutritional injections and was very gentle. I didn’t feel a thing! I will definitely be back to this location.

I had the most pleasant experience with this facility. They worked with me on traffic and timing issues and made me feel relaxed and at ease for my experience. They were extremely friendly and I would not use anywhere else.

I got my gluten test done 12days back. They told me i will get the results in 2 days.
Its been 10 days never got the results. They don't call and tell the reason behind this. I have been calling them everyday, all they have to say it "lab is working on it"

Called in to ask if they supported the type of lab kit my doctor had shipped to me. It was a complex one with very specific instructions on how to freeze the tubes before shipping. Holly answered my call and sounded very familiar with this type of test. It was a relief to hear how knowledgeable she was! She told me to head right in. I arrived as she was wrapping up service for a child who she sounded so great with (I’m a mom and can attest that the phlebotomist makes the difference for kids). Holly was as great in person as she was over the phone. The ‘poke’ was easy, quick and we were done in no time. This Southlake location is the one I’m going back to from now on.

On June 14 I went in for an employee drug test. I was advised when I arrived that a hair test was ordered. I was brought to the back room where I was sat in front of a computer that showed the instructions on how the test was to be performed. The test called for 120 strands of hair. The tester informed me she would have to cut from the back of my head as close to the root as possible. Knowing it was only 120 strands, I wasn’t super concerned but still a little nervous (as would anyone would be having their hair cut by a non-beauty professional). She snipped two sections and I assumed we were done.
She said it wasn’t enough and continued to cut. After 7 sections I was worried and took a picture. 3 more sections were cut after I took the attached picture. She bundled it up and I left in tears. I called corporate but they were no help. They just took a report “in case it happens again”.
I would avoid this location (or company) for a hair test. It seems their staff isn’t trained on what 120 strands of hair is. I questioned the tester multiple times while cutting and she assured me she knew what she was doing. As for anyone that says I should have left, this was my first hair test and the employer required it. I was under the impression the staff knew what was the proper amount was.

After an unpleasant visit and review stating I had a bad experience, I was contacted by a managing partner and I am blown away at how well the situation was rectified. Management took my poor experience very seriously and went above and beyond to fix it. I will absolutely be returning and I am impressed by how well business is being conducted here! I am so satisfied and will be back knowing that future visits will be better! I love seeing businesses take so much pride in how clients are taken care of.

The experience I had at Any Lab Test Now is South Lake was fantastic.My questions about the tests I needed and what was included in different packages were answered thoroughly and with an attitude of kind education.I do not enjoy getting my blood drawn, but the co-owner, who helped me, was so enjoyable to talk with and drew my blood so easily that I hardly noticed.I will definitely return for any further blood work.

I was very impressed with my overall experience from Any Lab Test Now in Southlake. I was in and out in no time. My phlebotomist, Rich, did a great job! I experienced zero discomfort/pain during the blood draw process. Rich was also very kind, personable and super friendly!
