We were well cared for during our visit. From a kind greeting to being looked after right on our appointment time. The two people (Victoria & Tony - both 5 stars) who looked after us were awesome! The only place the store might improve is their internet speed! We forgot to update one of our devices before our appointments so it needed to be done…. It took over an hour! I know this is a super busy store, but it’s an Apple Store! You think they could have a little faster internet…. Just make sure you you make an appointment for service, and don’t forget to update everything before you get there…

I encountered some challenges with Apple's service, and unfortunately, my experience fell SUPER short of expectations. The support I received seemed lacking, and I encountered difficulties that left me dissatisfied.On the other hand, I had a GREAT experience with Rob's customer service??He was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to address my concerns. I appreciated his commitment to customer satisfaction. BUT I am NEVER going back to this apple AGAIN!!!

This location is a bit prejudice I must say. I will give it to you as honest as possible. I don’t like the fact when I go to a pick up table and I’m the only black person there and I was there before other people the white people get acknowledged before me, and then when I raise the concern of me not being a knowledged, without specifically saying that you’re being prejudice it’s brushed over the table like it doesn’t matter. I pray that God changes the hearts of people like you. Poor customer service! Y’all need to fix it and have an actual line for the pick up area instead of having people gather around the table so these issues can be avoided in the future.

Well stocked, well organized, and well staffed. It was a busy Sunday but I took my MacBook airhead to get repaired because my cat spilled a pot of water in it. They fixed me right up. They also have a full selection of accessories at those apple, dongles that you always need.

This Apple Store is located in the South Lake Town Square, an upscale (planned) shopping complex. Not surprised that they were a little snooty here. Didn’t really appreciate the employee’s eye roll when my daughter was excited about the pink phone. They also don’t want to start any activation if it might mean staying a minute or so past closing time. They no longer take appointments and there was no associate on duty capable of assisting with a business account even though we called Apple first and they assured us there would be. The lady with Apple National Sales was very helpful and said this was the top store in the DFW area! Guess we will be ordering online. If you visit in person, it’s on street parallel parking or a hike from the parking garage.

As is expected for Apple, the service here is always top notch. I've come in a few times because I was having issues with my Apple Watch band and they got me a replacement with no problem, and were also able to put it on hold for me for longer since I don't live close by. The employees are very friendly and accommodating, and I had a great experience!

Very noisy and small. My daughter and I both getting headaches because of the noise. While there I was passed off and helped by three people. Chris, the second person, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even apologized for it taking so long. At one point he was helping myself and two others. I asked if they were short staffed but he insisted that they weren't. I am use to going to the Knox street location in Dallas, much bigger and more employees. I can't say that I will be back to this location.

This store does not work stand behind the appointment making people. They make you wait all day to look at your product in need of repair while they have an over abundance of sales people. Their only goal is to sell not service once you buy. I waited 3 hours when I finally serviced a smart tech named Sam fixed it in less 10 minutes.

It was better than expected on launch day. They divided the line between people with reservations and walk ins, when a model was sold out in the store they announced that to the crowd so they could go home if they only wanted that particular model.

As good or regular Apple showrooms look like. Lots of staff, who are polite and helpful. Waiting was long even though I had an appointment and I was there before schedule. Then they couldn’t take my device in for repair and asked me to come back later.

I came in for someone to check out my Macbook as it would not turn on. Got an appointment, showed up and received pretty good service at first. Nate was helping me out, did a few things and said ok this is the part where you watch paint dry. Went to help another customer out as it was busy and it pretty much was a waiting game at that point. He had some guys (Antonie and Chase) help me out as I was also interested in trading in my phone. Chase was training Antonie, and honestly it seemed like Chase needed some re training as he not only gave me irrelevant information but was very cowardly to help. Nate came back to check on the Macbook, asked how it was going with the phone and if Chase and Antonie were able to help me out. I said I'd have to come in another day as Chase said I didn't have enough storage to get a new phone and successfully transfer all my photos and such. Nate actually pointed me in a different direction and showed me things I didn't know. Had Antonie and Chase come back over then Chase basically told me to just get an Iphone 14 at Spectrum as that's my carrier. Weird. Macbook finished loading up and in the mean time Nate LEFT the store. Waited 40 minutes. Told a lady that the person helping me left the store and wanted to know if there was someone else to help me. No one came, Nate came back in the store though and went straight to the back. Meanwhile, I figured my problem out and left the store. DO BETTER. I waited there a total of 1 1/2 hours. oh yea not to mention there were 5 employees not doing anything, just all chatting it up in their little circle. I don't typically leave reviews but this was bizarre and I expected much more from an Apple store in Southlake.

Woke up this morning to a locked iPhone after simply being on the charger all night. The Verizon store was unable to help and sent me to the Apple store. Victoria greeted me with a smile and quickly reassured me that she would be able to help. She was fast, patient, efficient, knowledgeable and worked around each road block with my phone and watch. They were both reset, resynced and downloading within an hour despite me being locked out. Her attitude was refreshing and she represents the company well even as I watched her with impatient, frustrated customers.

I went to the store with the foulest of mood because i have trouble resetting my Apple ID, Ken and James have been so patient and kind. Ken kindly walked me through the whole process and made everything went so much easier than it could have been if i were to do it myself. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

Awww the store was too cute ..! The service was too good ..apple store genuis ..it was really apt name for them ..they are too friendly..they answer all the questions very patiently..! Happy shopping

Spencer was superb. He treated me like a valued customer and I can’t thank him enough. Unfortunately, apple didn’t have enough time slots in the hour and a half I waited which was super disappointing since my phone won’t charge unless it’s on a certain charger. Had to spend a ridiculous amount today to get a new phone and new charger because they couldn’t fit me in.. when it could have been an easy $30 fix to change out the brains. Not super happy, but thanks Spencer for the great customer service.
