Zach is the best! He helped me through the long process of upgrading my phone, which took place over the course of 3 visits in a week because of my schedule. He was thorough and patient everytime. He gave information in a clear and concise manner, found ways to bring down my bill when I had questions, and was very fun to work with! I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with this process which is why I only had him taking care of me. I noticed he was the go-to guy everyone would come to for answers to questions they had and it put my mind at ease knowing Zach knew his stuff. He’s professional, personable, and deserving of a raise and/or bonus. Thank you for all your help, Zach!

Terrible customer service, if you are not buying a device or service, seems that their goal is simply to get you out of the store and they don’t care if your problem is solved. The lady at the store provided a phone number to call and cancel a line since she could t do it at the store. That number turns out to play a message indicating "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time". So I'm left with the same problem I had when I went into the store.

AT&T has improved their customer experience because of great individual employees like Hira. She did a great job helping us right size our plan and equipment. Southlake TX store was worth the drive :-)

I had the best experience with Mark at this location. He was so helpful and patient as we had a lot of issues that needed to be resolved. He made the process very easy and knew the answers to all the issues we were having. Thank you Mark!!
