Very good treatment, excellent service and a pleasant and suitable institution to open a bank account.Special mention to its Assistant Branch Manager Angelina Valencia-Farias for her support and guidance when choosing which financial instrument is most appropriate for the client's needs. 10/10Totally recommended.

I was surprised at the level of personal customer service from Anahita at the Southlake BBVA Branch, as I admittedly was very difficult trying to figure out a recent promotion BBVA offered that revealed an error on my part but BBVA forgave my error and granted the full promotional amount to be paid. Thank you Anahita & Shawna Save The Day at BBVA!!

Teller was very unprofessionally rude and confused. My ID was provided and she still had a hard time noticing that it was handed to her. She spent more time being rude than assisting me with what I was there for. I’m so glad I moved most of my funds to Discover online banking and wouldn’t recommend this branch or bank to a dying love one. Since day one I’ve been treated badly at almost every branch I attend and every one is so races and horribly rude and it’s almost 2020 REALLY! I hope the bank shuts down completely close forever. If you bank there it’s smart to get your money out now and move it to Capital Bank or Discover, their savings interest is at 1.90 NO fee and better customer service. I love Discover and plan to move all accounts to them.

Ever since they became BBVA, service has declined. Constantly new people at this branch who don't know how do anything well other than deposit your check. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I think it's time to move on.

Bad customer service at this location. I just needed a letter with 2 sentences stating I have sufficient funds in my account and 4 branch employees and the branch manager could not do the simple request. I had the same type of problem 5 yrs ago with a BBVA Compass mortgage banker, they were so slow and outdated that I ended up using Chase Bank for my mortgage, they were super fast with great service. No customer service at this location. I would not bank here.

THIS BRANCH IS FOR THE MOST PART FRIENDLY, HOWEVER BBVA COMPASS WILL TAKE AND RUN WITH YOUR MONEY. THE OVER CHARGE YOUR ACCT WITH 'NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS' MORE THE THE TIMES YOU ACTUALLY USED YOUR ACCOUNT. LE- ANN AT THIS BRANCH WILL NOT TRY TO TRULY HELP YOU, SHE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN WHAT IS BEST FOR COMPASS AND NOT ITS CONSUMERS. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO LE-ANN MY NEEDS, SHE EXPLAINED SHE COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME AND DEMANDED I PAY MY NEGATIVE BALANCE. HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO ANOTHER BBVA COMPASS BRANCH THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL, WITH NO PROBLEMS. BE CAREFUL HOW YOU SET YOUR ACCT UP.

They have absolutely the worst fraud protection and handling I have ever seen. After calling them, I got hang up a couple times. They got my cell number, but never call me back. It take 15 minutes calling before I got back to the dispute department. It take them over 24 hours just to fax the documents regarding the disputes item to me. Someone is charging on my account over $10K, and they are still charging on my account at this moment, and here I am just waiting for the paper to be fax over. On the customer perspective, this is priority, but on compass perspective, I don't think it is priority for them since I have to wait a couple days before they can clear this out. I have been with them for 18 years, and I am thinking of switching bank once I get all this straighten out.
