I had a wonderful experience. They were open on xmas eve, very kind, welcoming, warm and made me feel very comfortable. Nails were done very well and efficiently. Looking forward to coming again!

Owner was very helpful and kind, but natural nails were clipped without asking first. And service took 2 hrs to complete and there was a miscommunication about putting on cat eye, so the end was very rushed and i left with my nails looking incomplete on the sides. Again, they were very sweet and kind i just found it slightly unprofessional.

I have always jumped from nail salon to nail salon looking for one that I trust every time and has good customer care where I don’t feel rushed. I finally found Blu Nail Salon. They haven’t disappointed me yet. Paul and his team are fabulous, caring, nice, and friendly. My nails last longer than the other places I have gone and they always go above my expectations with what I have in mind. I would highly recommend them!!

Horrible job on pedicure. The nail tech could not properly soak off old nails i had to tell her several times acrylic was still on my nails she applied new nails crooked on top the old acrylic.There was only one other person there that came after me and i waited an hour for the other nail tech to finish that person who was after me before i decided to leave. And he still wasnt done after i waited all that time. I would not recommend this place

I had a disappointing experience at the salon. The pedicure and manicure were not cleaned properly, making it feel like a waste of money. I had only intended to change my nail polish, but the service fell short. Additionally, when I provided feedback, the staff was unprofessional and misbehaved. I will not be returning or recommending this salon to others.

I have been in search of a place nearby who does good quality manicures and I am so excited I found this nail shop! The staff were all very friendly and made sure I was well taken care of the entire time. I had the opportunity to meet Paul who did an exceptional job on my nails. He was so kind and is beyond talented. I will be back here every time from now on!

Best nails I’ve ever had. Lasted for 4+ weeks, the shape is suited to fit my hands, the techs use PRECISE detail at this salon. I will never go anywhere else again.

terrible service. received a gift card and drove 30 minutes here and got a babysitter for my kids and was told to come back in an hour because they didn't have anyone available. the salon was empty with 2 people getting pedicures. I was told to make an apt and so i asked to make a future apt and was told I have to call. I waste of my time and gas. Terrible service and rude people and never even made me a future apt.

This nail salon is amazing!! I usually don’t write reviews for nails salons because I feel like they are all the same but this one exceeded my expectations!! The staff and owner are so nice and listen to what you want! They take amazing care of you and really want to make sure you leave happy and satisfied!! Everyone should go here if you want top notch service, a friendly atmosphere, clean environment, and top of the line service!! I will always drive over 25 min to come here from now on!!!
