We were in a bad place with a full services firm (planning, preparation, bookkeeping & payroll) that not only didn't do what they were supposed to do, but made a ton of detrimental mistakes and wrong filings with the IRS. L & M not only cleaned up our books quickly, but jumped on it taking care of everything to clean up the mess balancing things to the penny (as they should be) and correcting the federal and state filigs, as well as our employee W2's.
