Much to my surprise, the help had a very bad attitude and raised her voice as wanted to return one item of several I have purchased. I even called back and asked her why she was upset and again she raised her voice very unusual for the store. There was a promotion where you got a free small bag and the whole issue was that she thought I was trying to take advantage of that offer when I really didn’t care about that.

Extremely nice staff. Decent selection to choose from.
Staff seem like they are trained to push the charm bracelets a little too heavily. Or if you like something, they will push a similar type item that is significantly more expensive. Just feel that sales tactic is outdated & quite cringy.
Dropping an additional star because I was told they wouldn’t use my cell# to spam text me. Well, it only took a couple days to determine that was a lie. ?
Update: They have clearly dropped the quality of their products. Had a necklace from them for years & it looks fine. Get a new necklace and it looks like crap after a couple months.

Customer service needs to improve! I went to purchaae a gift for a friend, they gave me the uppity look. Have you been here before? Why does that matter? Asked me for all my info when I said it was a gift couldn't even look at the lanyards without the feeling of not beingwelcomed and watched!

I went in to buy a charm bracelet. The two workers didn't have a clue about the charms and beads. They didn't care to help. Also the employs used to be classy ladies that looked nice. These two looked terrible. They didn't have any jewelry on. I will be finding another Brighton store. I drove a long way because this store used to be very nice and customer friendly
