I made purchase for my mattress and adjustable frame from Southlake, TX store. I worked with 3 different people (Liz, Whitney and Jabbar). All of them helped me answering my questions without having to step in the store. They responded quickly and made communication easy. I was amazed by their customer service and ease of purchase. They also did the price match and honoured my credit card discount in store purchases even thought it was for online purchases. Thank you Casper Southlake team!

Whitney was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our mattress purchase! We took our time (4 months) trying to decide what we wanted. Mattresses and high pressure sales seem to always go together but not here. She was more concerned about us getting the right mattress than making a sale. Pretty rare to come across a store like this!

This is THE place to go to if you want to get a great nights sleep. Whitney Thorne was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and she never made me feel pressure to buy anything. I started out small with ordering the Casper pillows and I have not regretted the decision. I will definitely be going back to buy a mattress. I promise you will not be disappointed in any of the Casper products.

Great layout for a mattress store - made it easy and complete to evaluate different products. Whitney was very knowledgeable about the models and very helpful with answers, ideas and comparisons. She was very patience and professional as she spent a good deal of time helping us pick our new bed. Recommended!

We have purchased a whole collection of items including our snow mattress over 3 weeks ago! We haven't received the products yet since there are some sort of issues with UPS. We have called the store and customer service multiple times and they are just unable to help us. Considering cancelling our order and buying from another company.

We originally ordered our Casper mattress online and needed to do an exchangefor a firmer model. Rachael at the Southlake store was an absolute dream and was so helpful in making it work. She made the process so easy and painless, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Also, the store itself is lovely!

Third party delivery guys told the store that the box is broken .the motor is hanging out Some of the parts needed was gone Everything fell apart in the box Maybe ups delivered it to the store the and jacked it up who knows. The person still told them to deliver it to us Knowing all that .. paid $4000 for this mattress Have to reschedule for a new replacement and then reschedule for them to pick up the older mattress They wouldn't take the broken one back because their so busy with other customers Store should do a better job and checking to see if anything is broken especially when it looks so obvious

I just wanted to let Casper know the Southlake Texas location did a fabulous job showing my family all the mattresses and items Casper sells to customers. No pressure sales and seem to care about the customer. They even help load your car and keep plenty of items in stock in the store versus the competition.

Had a great experience at the Casper Southlake store. The associates were incredibly helpful with my purchase of a new bed set. I would definitely recommend stopping by there is you are looking for a mattress, pillows, or bedding. I will definitely be back.

It took us about three months to comparison shop, read mattress reviews, and make up our minds. We don't have the mattress yet but I can't say enough positive about the sales staff at this store. Friendly, helpful, and patient! One of the best buying experiences ever!

Jack was most helpful. Worth the drive to try all the Casper bed options. Missing the original hybrid though. Each bed was in a private room to encourage a true test. Jack was very attentive, yet low key, and patient with us. Sent a bid by email before we could drive home. And promptly answered my email questions. Very professional.

Excellent! We went in for a mattress not expecting much but left with a smile (and mattress) from the warm and friendly service from Jack. He was very courteous and prompt, helped us with the available discounts and explained everything we asked about in detail. Store was very clean and welcoming.

This location is great! Specifically, Lindsay was a prime example of great customer service and knowledgeable as well! My wife and I ordered an Original mattress online and expected to receive that mattress on a certain day but that expectation was not met and we almost canceled the order. However, we stopped by the Southlake location just to try the bed one more time before canceling the order and was happily greeted by Lindsay off the bat. We explained our situation and she was able to get us our mattress THAT DAY and we went home fulfilled and satisfied. Thank you so much Lindsay! You made our day!
