Walked in to chase to open an account. Wait was not too long and the process was easy and simple. I was approached by Sherri and she helped me out through the process. Sherri was amazing and gave me advice on my account, walk me through the agreement, etc.. She did not only help me, but she helped me understand the business transactions and how to manage the accounts. Sherri definitely care for her clients!! She is an absolutely amazing banker!! Great bank and very centrally located. I can’t believe that they now close at 5 PM. Kind of hard to get there when many people work 8 to 5. Adam is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about him. I wish he was at this bank more....like he used to be. I understand he is now over seeing two locations. We really miss him!

Chase needs to fix their water sprinkler system. There’s one sprinkler head specifically, facing the intersection that’s broken and spilling water all over the street. Please fix this.

Both the relationship bankers (Chris, and I can’t recall the second one) were very kind to my siblings and myself; they assisted us in notarizing paperwork for our recently deceased mom, and were very patient and generous with their time

I walked in and was immediately greeted, however there was a wait, but there were only two bankers and I understand the importance in connecting and putting customers first. I set up my account with Adam, he was absolutely AWESOME! The computer was slow at times, but not at all their fault. Overall 10/10 for a bank, especially compared to Bank of America.

Very rude teller. Needs to learn how to talk to people and not be so rude just bc i dont have an account there but was trying to cash a check drawn on that bank .

This Southlake branch of Chase seems to have a defective ATM in their drive-thru, and Chase required that I wait over 7 full business days to validate that my deposit was received. In fact I was told it may take up to 1 more month. After starting a new account the previous week I made my first cash deposit of two single hundred dollar bills, I received a deposit receipt without a deposit amount stating I should call an 800# to confirm my deposit went thru. After spending an hour on the phone with several locations and people I was told a claim was submitted and when the ATM was determined to be in excess by $200 my claim would be approved. The deposit receipt shows my card#, the ATM terminal ID, and the sequence number of the deposit, and they have cameras and security but need up to a month to determine whether the deposit was ACTUALLY made. I'm in awe of the incompetence, and wonder if cash deposits at Chase Bank ATM's are wise anymore.
