I saw a purse that I wanted online and had an opportunity to buy online and pickup at the store so I did that for someone at the store to cancelled my order and call me and say I can come in and pay directly inside cause of limited quantities only to find out it’s still available the next day very poor customer and will never spend my money at this location …

My wife had very bad experience this morning and will never come back to this Coach shop anymore. She bought a Coach bag, she was told they had two bags in this style, she is going to have a new one. But after she paid she was given the floor sample, it was totally wide open without any wrapping paper, or plastic packaging, or a box. When my wife refuse to accept the bag, the store manager told my wife would loss $100. It was a terrible experience, yes IT'S TERRIBLE!!

They are super sweet when I had to go to the store hoping to fix what my online order went wrong. Unfortunately I had to return the bag and reorder bc they didn’t have any in store to exchange. They were helpful and the process was fast and painless. Order online was easy, but I think it’s a better experience shopping at this store.

First, let me say I love my Coach collection. Over the years I've purchased well over $10,000 worth of merchandise. I like the product so much that I became a stockholder. I waited for the store in Southlake to open and it has been nothing but a disappointment from the beginning. The last straw was this past weekend on the morning of Apr 15th. I went in to "relove" one of my older leather bags. There were 2 women in the store, both saw me but neither acknowledge my presence. Out of all the regular store locations (North Park, Plano, Southlake), Southlake is the worst. The conditions in the review from 2019 is still exactly the same minus the black employee reference. I've been in that store only once where I felt like a valued customer. I went to the SouthLake location because it is the nearest to my home. The sales associates have no idea how much I was going to spend. Don't assume by appearances someone does not have money. As I stated before this is nothing new except this is the last time I will go to that location. SouthLake needs better people with actual people skills. If you don't want to serve every customer than find another job. Bring back the young man with black hair, he at least had manners. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero or no stars.

Noah at Coach Southlake is the absolute best! We are always greeted by name and with a smile! He always offers to clean my bag while we are looking around!! Thank you, Noah!

The Southlake store is awesome and exemplifies what customer experience should be. My wife and I stopped in on a Friday evening to buy a new bag and had a wonderful experience. Ask for Connor. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made it a great evening.

I needed to purchase a specific purse for my wife for Xmas and only had a small window of time. I work in Denton and live in Flower Mound. I left work at 7:55 pm on Saturday night and drove home to get my cash stash.I shut off my gps notifications on my phone so my wife wouldn’t know where I was going. I forgot that my navigation wouldn’t work without notifications, so I called ahead and Megan answered, I told her that I was headed from Flower Mound and I would be cutting it close to closing. I asked for the exit, she told me and said not to worry, they would wait for me. I got to Southlake Town Square and realized I had no idea where I was going, so I called again and they stayed on the line until I found the store. I walked in and was greeted by name. I told Megan and Connor what I wanted, they found it and were able to find a wallet that fit in my cash stash budget as well.Time is my most valuable resource, and I’m sure it is for others as well. I had come in right at closing, was greeted warmly and treated very well. Both Megan and Connor stayed after closing and I left with a gift wrapped purse, wallet and a great experience I will share with others.A great product with equally exceptional service is hard to find. Thank you, I needn’t look elsewhere in the future. Happy Holidays!
