My girlfriend and I came to Corner Bakery as a change of pace for us after a long day looking for a good lunch.I ordered a Chicken Pomodori with Pesto Cavatappi while she ordered the Rustic Italian with Chicken Orzo soup. Both Paninis were great, although I thought mine was quite a small portion, while my pesto pasta was large, and too heavy on the cream for me to consider it pesto. The soup cups are also quite small. All in all, it was still good all things considered. Beware ordering the dragon fruit lemonade, because its quite sugary and quite tart, kind of a one two punch straight to the teeth. We will probably go back as there were no deal-breakers for us. It's worth a try for anyone wanting a Panera or McAlisters alternative.

Visited during lunchtime and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was incredibly loud and made a scene during checkout, which was unprofessional and off-putting. It's unfortunate that such behavior overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience. Hopefully, the management addresses these issues to ensure a more enjoyable visit for future patrons."

This was our first time here, and it was not what we expected at all. The food served versus the food ordered was non comparable. We had to get up three different times for their lack of service - missing a dish, no silverware, and dish was served wrong. After reading the other reviews, it seems as though it hasn’t always been this way which is disappointing.

People are friendly and good customer service. But, the foods were bland.

It took them 30 minutes to give me a panini and I was the only one in line. And once people started pouring in, everyone got food before me. Everyone was way too busy on their phones, it was crazy how they touch phones then proceeded to touch food and say the B word but I couldn’t get my panini that was just sitting on the counter while everyone was just giggling

The food is amazing. Only found out about the place when I heard an advertisement on the radio. Last time I came in, I tried the AYCE pancakes. Delicious pancakes and the bacon was phenomenal! The little sign they give you says, “ready for more light and fluffy goodness! Please insert this coaster into the top of the salt & pepper ring stand.” So I did. And I sat, and sat, and sat. Eventually, I got hungry and walked back to the counter. When the young lady, who had taken my order, got off her phone, I jokingly told her that I thought my sign was broken. I was tersely informed that, contrary to the sign she had given me, I had to come back to the counter each time I wanted more pancakes. I briefly entertained the idea that it might have been staffing problems, but she had at least three other colleagues hanging out and shooting the breeze. Today, a similar experience. Three staff members standing around, chatting, while one lady in her mid 90s was struggling with the computer, taking orders. She implored her colleagues to help her figure out how to punch in my order. One colleague appeared very annoyed at having to leave her conversation to help. While helping, she looked at her watch and huffed that there were only 6 minutes left to get the order in. I didn’t mention the 10 minutes I waited while the other lady struggled with the computer.Takeaway, the food is great, the staff on these two days were horrible. I came in on a different day and got a couple of bakery items. The staff that day were wonderful. They were attentive and friendly. They made recommendations, and even upsold the AYCE pancakes for the next time I made it in. It’s obvious where the problems lie in the staffing here, and I feel like management knows and overlooks a lot of it, or is involved. Bottom line: if you’re going to stand around on your phone or shoot the breeze with colleagues and ignore a line of customers, at least make sure the one person, who is actually working, has the tools and skills necessary to do the work of everyone who is screwing off.

Busy at times. Food good fast service. Parking not greatParking: Southlake Town center parking is awful. Lots of traffic and street parking usually full. Have to drive or walk from other lots.

Cashier was friendly enough. Not so much from the rest of the staff. Had to ask for utensils. No napkins could be found. Had to go back again and ask for those, none were offered. Dessert was in a take out container instead of a plate. Why? The "hot" chocolate was room temperature. Had been a long time since visiting the Bakery. It'll be a long time before considering another visit.

Excellent in all respects. General Manager was out talking with customers, staff was very friendly. Tried several soups and sandwiches, all very good. Chocolate Bundt cake was tasty.

This particular location is pretty nice! Loved the food, the presentation and timing of it when it came out. The one that took my order was very hospitable too. Will hopefully be back whenever in the area.

I have been buying my catering muffins from this location since 2016. To sell at my coffee shop. We always have friendly staff and amazing products. For the past few months the staff keep changing and most of them are unhappy doing any catering business to the point they say it bluntly to your face , that the are not want us to order from them any more or even if we order , and go to pick it up they deny that we made order with them.Lately they been missing up our orders selling us burned muffins, and even if we tell them they just don’t care. Finally they used to have special pricing when you order a dozen of muffins, not any more.No wonder they are starting closing locations due to miss managementIt is hard to see such a big chain to go down this way

I ordered the choose 2 and thought it was $12.29. However there was an extra charge of $1.49 . I guess it was because it was the Uptown Turkey. Guess they consider this a premium but was never told until I received my receipt. Also the reward app system is confusing.
