Called in 3 times with a simple yes, or no question no one answered. Made my way in and as I was being helped the phone rang twice the female optician refused to acknowledge it, the male optician was done with his customer and there was no one else in line behind me so they proceeded to finally answer the phone but the female optician aggressively stopped them and started to complain about the volume of the calls she was receiving and how it was inconvinient for her! This is part of their job and if they can't handle then they should not be held in this position.there is thousands of others who are looking for this job and could be better at it! Do better costco!

Costco was running a promo, buy a second pair of glasses, you get 50-dollars off. Instead of buying a second pair of prescription sunglasses, my wife decided to pay 40-dollars extra for the sunglass transition model shown at the counter.
After wearing her glasses for a couple of weeks, we noticed that the shade would never transition to the level of darkness as the example shown at the store, even on a bright sunny day.
Feeling a little deceived at this point; we decided to go back and purchase a pair of their prescription sun glasses, that are already dark. I asked the woman at the store if she would receive the 50 dollars off for ordering a second pair now. With a matter of fact look, she said NO because you have to place the order at the same time. I then told her that we did not realize that the transition glasses would not get dark enough otherwise we would have purchased the second pair originally and we would not be standing here trying to order another pair.
She still refused to honor the buy a second pair for 50-dollars off. I’m willing to bet that if this would have happened at any other store, they would have been more than happy to receive another eyeglass order and give the 50-dollar discount. This is hard to believe coming from Costco, especially when they have advertised on their website a return policy of 100 percent satisfaction guarantee for any reason!

I went here to pick up my glasses that needs to be re-adjusted. The lady who attended to me was nice and really did a good job. The problem when I came too pick it up was the ladies (the first time I went and pickup) was when I asked for a wiping cloth, they would not even give me one. I mean it is just a wiping cloth indeed but for heavens sake, why cloak? Only when I persisted that they gave one. For the service in total with regards to the eyeglass was ok.

I've been a Costco customer and a member since 7 years. Today, for the first time, I visited your optical department planning to purchase new eye glasses. It was around 5:40pm. During all the time I stayed trying pairs of glasses, none of the saleswomen behind the counter came up to assist me. At 6pm one of them came up to turn the racks light off and she didn't even aknoledge my presence. I know that it was near closing time but any customer deserves better. What a shame really!
