I really like this Costco, to be honest I like almost all Costcos, since it's in Southlake it's a little more swanky than some of the other ones in the area. The employers are great and the layout is conducive to find anything you didn't know you wanted. Because it's Southlake the optical department has more high-end frames than some of other local stores.

This place drives me absolutely crazy. The lines are always so unmanageable long, it takes forever to check out and I never can find a deal or any cost savings at Costco in general. I’ve had my membership for six months, gone to the store about eight times and only made two purchases due to them not having what I wanted in stock or just giving up after waiting too long in the checkout line. )-: Needless to say, I won’t be renewing my membership once it expires!

Costco in Southlake, like every other Costco, is a great place to find quality products at excellent prices. The selection is vast, and you can always find everything you need in one place. However, there is a major downside to this location.
The self-checkout process is incredibly frustrating. They require an employee to scan each item, which slows things down tremendously. Not only is it inefficient, but the employees working the self-checkout are consistently rude and unpleasant, making the experience even more aggravating.
If you can avoid the self-checkout, Costco in Southlake is a great place to shop. But be warned, the self-checkout is a nightmare.

I have always liked the majority of Costco’s products and the quality of their items. However, I do try to avoid this particular location in Southlake whenever I can. The employees always look so frustrated and a lot of them are extremely unfriendly. This has been the only Costco that is consistent on giving rude service.

The male representative with dark brown hair, selling collagen at the self-checkout, was not only overly assertive and persistent in promoting his product, but he also followed us around uninvited as we waited in line to check out. Despite our lack of interest, his aggressive tactics made our usual Costco visit incredibly uncomfortable. As loyal customers for years, my husband and I have never experienced such intrusive sales tactics before. It's shameful, and I suggest the salesman learns to read social cues and refrain from using harassment tactics in the future.

The worst Costco tire center customer service ever at this location.
The tire center supervisor and manager are strongly entitled, excellent at blaming games: blaming customer for mistake they made, lying, super rude, lack of fundamental communication skills/basic as superior, threatening customer of blocking Costco account.
I saw a similar experience another customer had few months ago: “This was most bad experience in my life from any costco employee ever.”
This was my worst experience from any Costco employee ever.
I hope Costco corporation can do something to correct the issues.

Sandra in the self checkout is so rude! She wouldn’t give us the handheld clicker and talked to my husband as if he were disabled when it came to scanning the Costco card. She needs to get off her high horse
