Pharmacy staff at this particular store is not cordial at all. I had an urgent pick up request from my doctor for my asthma medication, when I went there, they told me to come back 1.5 hours later. I asked them if they could kindly fill it ASAP because it's for my asthma, all three of the ladies working there made sure to reply to me individually one after the other, saying that , we're trying our best mam , we have 15 more urgent requests ahead of you, we will text you once it's ready. Technically, yes they're doing their job. But it's the attitude that makes all the difference. They could've told me that there are 15 more requests ahead of you but you're the first one here to pick it up, so let's help you get that going for you. That's all. They could've still taken their sweet hour and a half to fill my medication but they chose to iterate how hard their job is and how they're trying their best. Now I may sound like an impatient person but when a person whose having a hard time breathing is requesting an urgent fill up, the last thing he/she wants is to be schooled about how hard the pharmacist is trying to do their job.A giant company like CVS can surely pay for customers service training for its pharmacists. It seems they're unhappy at their work place thus the cold treatment of their customers. I feel sorry for them.

100 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092Horrible experience. Person at the pharmacy (not the front cashier) was extremely rude. She was unwilling to ring the 3 over the counter medicines I had that I had placed down and told her I would be taking them before I requested the prescription, only ringing the prescription. I had to pay twice, one with her (tall blond and on the younger side), and one at the front. I think this was retaliation because when I arrived, the pharmacy section was still closed. There was another customer in front of me, and we started chatting that it was frustrating that they open at 10 am, and frankly we were both thinking of switching pharmacies. She overheard us because she was standing there, using her phone. There was no reason she could not ring those 3 medications along with the prescription. The cashier was great at the front, very sweet and understanding of my frustration.

Thanks to this CVS and the supervisor Nagaala (sp?) After scouring for hypoallergenic formula, we found 2 here and she kindly held them for us until we could get there. Was also able to use my CVS coupon on it. Thank you!!

I started using my neighborhood pharmacy years ago but can be expensive so decided to try CVS again. On my 2nd visit, I was quickly reminded why it's not worth the savings. I had to wait 25 minutes in drive through to get my Rx ready for pick up. With Covid, I couldn't go in to pick up. Woman in front of me with two kids flying all over the car wouldn't leave the drive in window when her insurance wouldn't work for her Covid test. Honestly, cvs should provide the service to waiting customers and ask customers with problems to pull aside or pull around back in line while their problem is being resolved. At least Pharmacy Plus will do this and my business will be returning there quickly.

The absolute worst and they are consistent. They do not answer the phone. They are rude. They make commitments on when Rx's will be ready. They almost never deliver. They say they are understaffed, but they usually have 5 people working. They are also extremely rude. I have been good there for over a year. I just switched. Shame on me for waiting so long.

Very poor customer service from this pharmacy. Attempted for over a week to get an appointment for a booster that works with my schedule. Had an appointment arranged at another location but they didn't have the booster I needed. Tried immediately to get appointnent with this location and after several attempts online, attempted to contact the store via phone. After waiting for a time on the phone, someone answered call only to tell me that I needed to schedule on line and immediately hung up on me without listening to the problems I was having trying to book online. I then called and spoke with the manager on duty who was to leave a phone message with the pharmacy manager who never called back. Today I attempted a walk in only to be told they used the last two doses for the day, and that I would have to book online. Attempted to explain that I had already tried online and explained proper problems and no return contact from the pharmacy manager. They offered to book me or they weeks from now m even though I had been attempting for over a week. The customer service is horrible at this location and I recommend you stay away from this place.

The pharmacy staff has terrible customer service. I tried going here for about a year and it’s always hit and miss. The pharmacist are usually good but the staff is always bothered by your presence and are slow to fill prescriptions. Numerous times I had issues with prescriptions being sent and not filled or lost. My doctor would have to send multiple orders in order to have one filled. I would recommend going somewhere else. I switched to the CVS in west lake and it’s been amazing. No issues at all.
