A big place but when I go they always don't have what you are looking for and they are always rude and they see people in a bad way and I think that more of us Hispanics see us with a face of bad taste.

The place is huge and there really is a great variety of products. It seems to me that there is little staff in the recipes and prescriptions part.I brought my prescription for mouthwash and they told me to pick it up in an hour. An hour seemed like a long time to prepare a mouthwash. So I walked around the store and took the opportunity to buy other things and I got in that LONG Pick Up line that there is always and in 40 minutes my rinse was ready.

Yet again. The prescription isn’t ready and they want me to come over again to pick up. And that’s not the first time this is happening. It’s almost a routine here, and if you want to call before coming to see if prescriptions are ready, no body is there to pick up phone. The reason given is always oh we are short staffed and your prescription just came in. The prescription I am here to pick up was supposed to be ready yesterday but as always….

Very unprofessional and rude pharmacy service. And that’s coming from someone who worked in pharmacy for 6 years.

Horrible experience. Person at the pharmacy (not the front cashier) was extremely rude. She was unwilling to ring the 3 over the counter medicines I had that I had placed down and told her I would be taking them before I requested the prescription, only ringing the prescription. I had to pay twice, one with her (tall blond and on the younger side), and one at the front. I think this was retaliation because when I arrived, the pharmacy section was still closed. There was another customer in front of me, and we started chatting that it was frustrating that they open at 10 am, and frankly we were both thinking of switching pharmacies. She overheard us because she was standing there, using her phone. There was no reason she could not ring those 3 medications along with the prescription. The cashier was great at the front, very sweet and understanding of my frustration.

Pharmacy staff at this particular store is not cordial at all. I had an urgent pick up request from my doctor for my asthma medication, when I went there, they told me to come back 1.5 hours later. I asked them if they could kindly fill it ASAP because it's for my asthma, all three of the ladies working there made sure to reply to me individually one after the other, saying that , we're trying our best mam , we have 15 more urgent requests ahead of you, we will text you once it's ready. Technically, yes they're doing their job. But it's the attitude that makes all the difference. They could've told me that there are 15 more requests ahead of you but you're the first one here to pick it up, so let's help you get that going for you. That's all. They could've still taken their sweet hour and a half to fill my medication but they chose to iterate how hard their job is and how they're trying their best. Now I may sound like an impatient person but when a person whose having a hard time breathing is requesting an urgent fill up, the last thing he/she wants is to be schooled about how hard the pharmacist is trying to do their job.A giant company like CVS can surely pay for customers service training for its pharmacists. It seems they're unhappy at their work place thus the cold treatment of their customers. I feel sorry for them.

The pharmacy filled my prescription and gave me a defective product . They would not make an exchange and explained my only recourse was to contact the the pharmaceutical company to rectify the situation. This happened to me in the past and they gladly corrected the situation. New staff with no clue how to solve a problem or provide customer service! Terrible!. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like Tom Thumb or Costco.

Was told 2 different times that my medication was in stock. Called and verified my order was ready an hour before I went to get it. Drove over an hour to get my medicine to be told they were out of stock when I got there. No apologies or resolutions given just that “you should have gotten a text message.”
