I hardly ever leave reviews but I would give them a 0 star if I could. They just call you and cancel lessons on the day of, I had that happen twice in a row yet the female employee who called me was rude and when I asked if I could get some other coach or change the time, she provided 0 solutions and just hung up. I read some recent reviews and it seems like it is the trend.

Their camp was great. Easy to get in and out of. Friendly staff. Tricky to find, but otherwise, no complaints l. Very cool how they support all levels of players, in all leagues

There’s 20 cages but only 2 machine to bat off of with about a dozen people waiting in line to hit. Such a waste of space and time. Certainly will not come back.

We have been going to D-Bat for a few years now. My Son LOVES working with Both Sam and Dalton, who are both great with kids as well as working with Wayne the Pain, who is especially great with new players. Emily and Cailyn at the front desk are always willing to help with any questions you have. I look forward to getting A/C in the new building.

Dbat Southlake is always accommodating to us on cage rentals and have a great staff. Jake and the people that work there take time to always say hello and help us with anything we need. They always have the newest bats and gloves on the market also. In addition, they’ll break in any new glove for you as well in roughly 30 minutes or less.
Highly recommend Dbat Southlake!

D-Bat Southlake is a well-maintained facility with over a dozen rental cages and a couple of pitching machines. The equipment is in excellent condition, with well-calibrated machines offering a variety of speeds. The staff is fantastic—courteous, helpful, and happy to assist. The store carries the latest baseball and softball gear, allowing customers to try equipment before purchasing. Plus, they occasionally offer great sales, making it a great place to upgrade your gear.

I ASKED IF I COULD SPEAK TO THE OWNER WHOS NAME IS DAVID WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL WITH MY ISSUE..... 0/0 WOULD NOT DARE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE .....

One of the three pitching machines has been broken for months causing very long lines. To make matters worse parents leave their kids unattended and they have no problems jumping the line and ignoring the two swipe rule.
Talked to the General Manager about this a few times and he always says the fix is coming but nothing changes. Such a drag getting your kids ready, driving them to D-Bat and finding a ridiculously long queue for the two surviving machines.
Wish they would have one of the three people working reception manage the line when it gets busy. How about using empty cages to reduce the line when it gets out of control?
General Manager recommends phoning before coming to check on the line so you don’t waste your time. Shame it’s come to this but I think that’s right.
UPDATE
Spoke to the owner. Acknowledged all the issues. D-Bats HQ require the pitching machines. Owner would get rid of them if he could. No service contract, unable to get spare parts, no plan to fix broken machine. Said less than 3% of his 700 members consider machines important so they are not a priority. Told me nothing is going to change. Very sad to leave, as have been with DFW D-Bats for years, but time to check out some other options like TPA who provide unlimited batting tokens and cage access for slightly more money per month.

We’ve been coming to DBat Southlake both at the old location and the new. Been on a membership and doing weekly private lessons for a couple years now. I’m giving 1 star because it is unbelievable that in southlake, tx this place is trying to operate without air conditioning. Our kid and others have had heat exhaustion and trips to the hospital for IVs this summer and those days had been spent playing baseball and at dbat. This place should be an escape from the heat and a place to gather with the kids. Not one of our group of kids friends or adults want to go here because it is like a furnace. I cant even justify using our membership or signing up for more private lessons because you come away drenched in sweat just watching your kid. I feel terrible to bring him there until temps drop. I’m certain people would even pay more both in memberships and batting cages if funding went into making it an Experience + air conditioning. Side note: I’m lost on the room filled with xboxes and tvs. Would love to know what that was done for.

Over all ok place not very friendly service, You have to share the batting cages and some people don't understand the 2 swipe rule which is not the places fault just rude people in general.
