prepare your personal and/or business taxes properly, keep looking. Monica at Decision Financial Services may sell you on her teams services, but unfortunately I found out the hard way.Would highly recommend to look elsewhere. Many errors were made when filing both my business and personal taxes where we were overpaying by thousands of dollars. We hired DFS to help make things easier for us, but it was just the opposite. Horrible communication with Monica via phone or email. Great communication when you are a potential new client!

I have emailed Mrs. Heaton, this review should come as no surprise. She lacks communication and fails to follow through on services she offers. My wife and I feel as if we were discriminated against due to the services we were needing and the fact that we aren't one of her higher class clients. It's a shame we were really looking forward to working with her.
