I cannot say how disappointed I am in this company. From their CEO who promised me certain things (called me personally while he was on the golf course) down to the person helped me who actually didn’t help me and never responded, for months; maybe years. What I went through is terrible, but to have someone in his position, promised things and never fall through because he’s just too busy with golf…and whatever or who he’s doing? Bad business. Don’t go here!

I enjoyed my experience at this location while shopping for a new fridge and dryer. Will was the absolute best. He made sure my questions and concerns were at ease when I asked him a million and one questions about the difference in brands. Most sales people in any industry would have tapped out when they realize you aren't buying anything right then but he made me comfortable with coming back to make my purchase. So, I will be returning to get my new fridge. Thanks Will!

We ordered a washer:dryer combo. $712 cheaper at a box store and delivered sooner. Save your money and your time by avoiding this place.

Will Shuttles has been my go-to for appliances since we built our home over a year ago. Today I messaged him needing to get a service set up and instead of him just giving me the number, he set everything up on our behalf! We were overly impressed that even a year later they were still going above and beyond for us again! They will always be our only stop for appliance needs. We recommend all our friends and family to Will.

My experience with Ed Kellum & Son was very disappointing. I bought a $2,000 JennAir dishwasher from them. When it was delivered, it wouldn't work (a fact no one disputed). Nonetheless, Kellum wouldn't commit to replacing it until they could confirm that their supplier would accept a return/replace. Then, they delivered a second dishwasher which was also defective. At no point in this process did the salesman I was working with apologize for the fact that this process was not only disappointing but wasted several hours of my time. I emailed the executive sales manager asking him to call me. He never called. Then, I received a generic "how did we do?" email from Kellum. I said they did poorly and to please call me. They never called. My perception is that once they make a sale, they stop caring about the customer. I would not use this company again.

Made a phone purchase today and our sales associate WILL was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new washer/dryer and we were debating between Miele vs Asko. He took the time to educate me and explain pros/cons of both. Will was patient with my questions. Whole buying experience was awesome! We will defiantly be purchasing more in the future with Ed Kellum & Sons.

My fridge went out overnight on a Saturday. I went to Ed Kellum & Son looking for a replacement in a similar size to mine. Marc jumped on the computer and found one they had in the warehouse that could ship the next week. He took time on his day off to call the warehouse to see if they could move up my delivery since I was out a fridge, and the weather was supposed to turn terrible. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I bought on a Friday and they delivered it on Tuesday. I paid a fair price, and got a great product in less than 3 days. The men that delivered it were also very professional. They set everything up and explained everything to me. This is the best customer service I have received on an appliance purchase in over 20 years. I will be purchasing everything I need from them. Marc is a professional, and was a huge help.

Spent over $36K on several appliances - would not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Marc Block was our sales rep and was truly outstanding - came out to our house twice to assist with both our drawing and issues we had after the sale. As for the store itself, I would not recommend for several reasons: 1. Their return or exchange policy is below industry standard. To be specific, when we discovered after purchasing our appliances that delivery on Fridge was 6 months, I asked what refund options were and was told no refunds. 2. Their recommended vent hood team installed my vent and left without it working and not properly sealed from insulation falling onto my Wolf Stove. 3. The Bosch microwave we purchased for $900 (more than 2x the cost of most microwaves) turns out is 30% less powerful than the average microwave. Upon discovering this, no exchange...even though it failed the 3 minute boiling water test. Avoid this store!

Great experience with this Company all around! The salesman Will Shuttles was very professional and had all the knowledge and experience with all of their products. I went in a number of times to test out several high end ranges and they were always willing to let me inspect them, turn them on and even try cooking on them! Also, their delivery guys were great! They were very careful about not damaging any part of my kitchen during installation and tweaked it the way I wanted it installed. Very courteous and professional! It's rare to get this kind of service and attention these days!! My two best friends are already working with Will and his team of experts for their appliances. You rock Will!

We bought our washer and dryer here and returned to buy a Bausch dishwasher May of 2020. In October we discovered that the dishwasher was leaking all over our hardwood floors. Star power sent Bausch rep out to troubleshoot and they determined the dishwasher was a “lemon” and needed a fill replacement. Star power told us it was our problem basically and we had to go through the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do to expedite the process. We are now almost two weeks without a dishwasher and the Bausch rep says our case is still in review. Meanwhile we are hand washing dishes daily for a household of five. We have not heard from Starpower even to follow up to see how the process is coming along with Bausch. I am so upset and will never buy another appliance from Starpower. The worst customer service!

My wife and I recently replaced all of the kitchen appliances in our new (to us) house with Subzero, Wolf, and Cove appliances and a Scotsman Nugget ice machine. Joe H, my salesperson, was really nice and easy to work with. If you are going to buy from Ed Kellum & Son, I highly recommend Joe H.Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. According to Joe, I had to purchase professional installation to get the warranty for the Subzero/Wolf appliances--even though I had a professional general contractor who did all of the prep work. The installer provided, Elevated Installations, did a mediocre job and didn't even bother making sure things were working or installed properly and charged $1600+. 4 of the 6 appliances they installed had issues. They identified one issue (missing parts with the Cove dishwasher) but couldn't be bothered to communicate to the service company which parts were missing. They didn't identify the fact that the refrigerator door was scraping on an internal screw when opened. They didn't identify that the Microwave door didn't open properly. They jammed the ice maker in and broke the cabinet piece along the floor next to the ice maker kick plate and didn't say a word. My advice is to refuse to purchase installation from Elevated Installations. It's pretty clear that they don't care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction.Subzero/Wolf has since resolved all but one issue. We are still waiting on a replacement part for my $15,000 refrigerator (that was scarred by the screw rubbing the stainless steel hinge cover due to sloppy assembly) 3 months later. I won't say my experience with Subzero/Wolf has been great but at least they are kind and try to help me resolve the issues with their appliances.
