I love this place. Is it cheap? No. But the clothes will last you. The styles are outdoorsy, but not overly so. You can easily find mix and match classic casuals. The staff is helpful and polite.

I had the worst experience here. The staff was very rude and frankly racist. I came in to exchange a few coats I had purchased online.The woman at the counter said, “how do I know you didn't steal this off someone's porch?”And I said because I have the email receipt and order information. And I'm not trynna get a refund, I just want to exchange them for a different size.And she said, “well it's my job to protect our customers from theft so I won't take those back”.She clearly had a problem with helping me because I had all of the proof that I purchased the items. I will not return to this location and frankly I doubt I will purchase from Eddie Bauer again.

Extremely rude staff member Sara (Sarah) at check out. Terrible eye contact, tone of voice, and provided no solutions to a defect I had on my jacket. I hope management speaks with Sara about her demeanor with customers.

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. I went there today. The store was empty. The clerk never greeted or acknowledged me. I walked around a bit. A white woman came in and was greeted right away. Racist. Sorry Eddie Bauer you just lost a customer.

Bought 2 pair of pants for my wife the day before leaving for Europe. Not wanting to pack unwashed clothing, she washed them before packing them in her suitcase. We get to Europe to find they are to long. I tried to exchange them for a petite and was told because they were washed they could not be returned or exchanged and we are stuck with them now. Eddie Bauer will allow clothes be returned that are unwashed, and tried on by an unlimited number of people with unknown hygiene, but can't exchange pants never worn but washed? The snooty, very curt attitude from the old lady at the counter didn't make it any better. Good bye Eddie Bauer, will never do business here again.
