Jo Brabham was wonderful to work with! She helped us pick our Hunter Douglas shades and came to the house to help with colors. She also was a big help with selecting a new coffee and end table which we love.

Lynette and the installer were both first class. We had previously had nine Hunter Douglas pirouettes installed in two rooms by another dealer - not a great experience - fit was poor, condition of shades was not good and programming / operation was less than stellar. Decided to do nine more windows in two more rooms and Lynette and team were perfect. They added hubs that made all the previously installed shades as well as the new ones work significantly better. The installer was also great about getting all the programming right and showing us how to use the app to its maximum functionality. I highly recommend EA.

Unbelievably positive experience! Renee, their interior designer, was responsive, helpful and kind. Nothing pushy but certainly ready to help with wonderful suggestions. They even loaned us a piece of furniture when ours did not come in on time. I cannot recommend Ethan Allen and Renee Parenteau enough!!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my bookcases from Ethan Allen. The quality is exquisite. The delivery was on time and handled with care. My sales experience with Cindy Deherrera was great as well. Cindy is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a good listener. She listened to my needs and then showed me bookcases and finishes that would look great in my office. She also created a layout so I can see how they would fit in my home office. Cyndi added a lot of value to the buying process. I highly recommend both Ethan Allen and Cyndi Deherrera as your sales consultant.

We had an incredible experience working with Jo Brabham at Ethan Allen in Southlake, TX! Jo helped us design each room in our new Flower Mound home, and the result is absolutely stunning. She perfectly blended a fresh, modern aesthetic with our personal style, creating spaces that feel uniquely ours. Jo was great at incorporating a few key pieces that were important to us while updating much of the home to feel both practical and beautiful. As empty nesters in our early fifties, we wanted a home that reflected our new, more active lifestyle, and Jo delivered beyond our expectations. Her expertise, guidance, and keen design eye were invaluable throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend her!

I highly recommend designer Cindy Deherrera for your next project. I dreamed of stationary draperies and a motorized shade for my family room. She came to my home and all I had to do was give her my vision, then she immediately provided me with fabulous design ideas for how to accomplish my dream. We then met in the showroom where I learned about filtering abilities of shades, then she suggested colors, fabrics, and hardware. I am thrilled that my shade is the perfect weave to block direct sunlight yet let light in. Drapes and a shade were the finishing touches to complete my visually stunning family room. Cindy's designs will exceed your expectations.

Designer Cindy DeHerrera transformed the living areas of my home. With the addition of the most beautiful area rug and using furniture and fixtures I already had, the living room is lovely.
Another beautiful area rug provided the foundation for a totally new look for the family room. I had tried several solutions in the past to make this room a more balanced and attractive space, none of which worked. Cindy suggested a very attractive sectional and a coffee table. She also made additional suggestions to compete the room which is now so comfortable and inviting - and visually very pleasing.
I also want to thank Tony and Phil who delivered the new furnishings and patiently worked with Cindy and me to make sure everything was arranged to my satisfaction.
Thanks to everyone at the Southlake Ethan Allen store who made this experience so rewarding!
