I am a huge Fabletics fan! But this store in particular has horrible customer service, their manager is really rude and always talks down to people. I saw it happen to a customer in front of me, and than when it was my turn she didn’t want to process a an order Fabletics cancelled due to lack of supply (to repurchase again with original discount).. however later in the day when I went to a different Fabletics store, they did it and was really nice. This manager is horrible.. stay away

I bought scrubs online in the wrong color. Came in store to exchange them for the correct color. I walked out losing 20 bucks and no scrubs. Thanks so much for screwing me over like that. Much appreciated.

Store experience: it was different. You have to show each item you’re trying item and the store clerk scans it which takes too long and feels like they don’t trust customers. I did like the screen inside of the dressing room so I could read reviews of the items I was trying on, when I was on the fence. I also liked that I could request another size thru the dressing room without having to talk to anyone. Checkout was a pain. Very slow. I don’t want to give you ANY data except my payment. I could tell they wanted to upsell me on membership and I’m not having it, yep I’ll pay full price thanks.
The product: I found their sizes fairly inclusive, however there is a large gap in between sizes—their clothes either fit slightly too big or too small. Decided to buy for now just to try it out. Wish their bras offered more back support-cleavage looks great but back needs more supoort. Thank iou for having 1 and 2x! So many stores don’t and it’s a missed opportunity.

I visited the Fabletics store to exchange some items that were incorrectly shipped from an online order. Christian, the staff member who assisted me, was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, helpful, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. He even joked around with my sister while she shopped, which made the experience more fun. The in-store selection was decent, but I was disappointed to find that there weren’t many options for larger sizes. There was only one full outfit available for a 3x bottom and 2x top. Overall, the customer service was fantastic, but I hope they expand their size options in-store.

These are the best scrubs I have come across after checking out other brands.
May look a bit pricey but worth the quality.
Customer friendly and Roe made us feel comfortable and explained everything in detail about the ongoing membership offers and all.

I ordered scrubs online. I was very disappointed that my actual size didn’t fit anymore I called this office and they were so nice and kind to me and said I can go in person and exchange them to a size that fits better.
Thank you for an outstanding customer service I look forward to taking a trip to Southlake.

We got here at 7 and they close at 8. I didn't expect to be there for an hour but we ended up staying a little past 8 and they seemed to have no problem with it. Katie and Claire were fantastic. We walked in and were greeted immediately. They got us a fitting room and even brought us stuff they thought we would like. Some people might not like it but I went home with some stuff I wouldn't have picked for myself. I am a bigger girl so finding clothes that fit can be challenging but they had so many sizes and options. The ones they didn't have in store they helped me order online. I'm also short so they ordered short versions for me. I signed up for the membership to get the deals. Some people have said it's hard to cancel the membership but that would be a fabletics issue. But it was extremely easy to cancel my vip membership the same day that I got it. Even if someone had a hard time cancelling the membership I don't understand the low stars for this location when that is not a location specific issue. So as far as I am concerned this location gets 5/5 stars from me.

Very energetic staff with a great attitude and willingness to help their customers find exactly what they need. The ladies here helped me find all of the items I wanted in the sizes I needed and helped me get a great deal.
