Fireplug Inn is the best place for small dogs. They are watchful and helpful with my Libby Grace. Libby won’t go anywhere without me unless it’s Fireplug Inn. I’m writing the also because I suddenly landed in the hospital and Nancy made arrangements for Libby to stay a few days. Thank you for being the place for my fur baby!

Had a last minute company meeting at our corporate office in Southlake and decided to road trip and bring my three dachshunds with me. The staff at Fireplug were very responsive to my questions and their requirements for boarding. The facility was impressive and my three seemed to really enjoy their stay. Typically when I pick them up they have a dazed look……….but their experience here was obviously a positive one! Wish we had a facility closer to us. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my fur babies!

We LOVE The Fireplug! Our dog loves it there and Nancy & Team are wonderful, he just spent 20 days w them, & where a lil’ discount for 2 weeks (bs 3) or longer would be really helpful (the kennel was almost as much as my vacation airfare) they are awesome!

Our dogs love being dropped off and we feel great leaving them for the day or for a longer period of time if we are out of town. Nancy and her staff are fantastic!

Our dog got bit in the ear, and his ear is split and bloody. They say they watch the dogs but evidently they don't. They showed no remorse, no apology, and still billed us. Better training of the staff is needed. If a dog is getting too rough they should be separated. I read on Yelp similar stories about people picking up their dog with blood and no mention to the owners what happened. We won't be back.

Be aware they don't supervise the dogs or break them up if things get too rough. Our dog got bit in the ear and now has a ripped bloody ear. No remorse or apology and still billed us. We won't be back.
