I am disappointed to observe that this store has seven self-checkout lanes, but only one is open, and the associate is processing customers one at a time, despite a line of people waiting. It appears that this store has some of the most ineffective rules I have ever seen, and I will not be returning to this location.

So they close every self check out register but 1, so an employee stands next to you still checking you out at a self check out. Why?? So they can give their store a 10 rating on the survey that pops up before you get your receipt. I had to wait to check out so the employee can use that 1 open self check out lane to assist with people who DIDN'T need help so they can make sure to answer their stores survey themselves.
