Walked in the Southlake location as instructed by the DM to resolve the issue I had with the Mgr at the horrible Euless location Boutique 686 and the slender, long dark haired young lady who seemed kind of spaced out looked at me like “why are you here?” Before pretending to be fixing clothes on a rack. I greeted her & said “hello, do you work here?” And again was looked at crazy like “why are you talking to me?” Smh I’ll never step foot or spend a dime in a Francesca’s again. Service is absolutely horrible with snobby associates. 2 diff locations and same weird vibes and nasty attitudes

I was shopping around and seen they closed at 8. I arrived at 7:50 but was only coming for a pair of earrings. The doors were already locked and the worker was right up front. She didn’t acknowledge us but instead proceeded to the back and turn off thw lights. Even though it was 10mins before closing. The hours are posted till 8 therefore expectations were not met. If you close at 8 then thats what customer should be expect

Awful customer service. Tried to try something on in store and needed help from a friend zipping a dress up and we were kicked out of the fitting room and she was so rude to us about it and was saying we need to hurry up in the dressing room when my friend was trying on clothes.

Avery I believe that was her name. She was so sweet and helpful she should be a mgr. The girl that’s the actual mgr or asst mgr she has long blonde hair. Is to snobby and title has gone to her head. Not polite at all.

My daughter and I visited this location on Saturday (9/24). The store was full of shoppers and the girls behind the counter were so unprofessional. There were four girls at the time of our visit and all they did the entire time we were in there was gossip and talk about one of their fellow employees. As a customer, I don’t want to hear this going on as I shop, but second it felt like I was witnessing a real life episode of mean girls. They never stopped gossiping long enough to greet a customer, offer a dressing room or even interact with the many clients they had in the store at the time.

To have your doors locked in the middle of the day, with no sign and not answering your phones is unacceptable. You're a business in a busy shopping center, at least put up a sign when you decide to close in the middle of the day.

I came in hoping there would be someone who could assist me in finding something my fiancee would like, as I have no sense of fashion. Luckily a shorter lady with red hair listened to my predicament and helped me find a blouse that made my fiancee very impressed with MY fashion sense. I appreciate you, nice lady!

We were never greeted or offered a fitting rooms. I get that is was a Saturday but they girls working there seemed like could care less about customers. The Tanger outlets Location has amazing customer service and we will take out business there from now on
