Great job of removing a broken implant piece. Then the nightmare started. They started work on my implant crown replacement without telling me what it would cost me. Another dentist had done a pretreatment plan through my insurance, and my personal cost would have been $750. So I trusted that Dr. Fuquay cost to me would not be much higher. On my 2nd trip there, while in the dentist chair, 2 staff members came in after 30 minutes and tried to explain what my costs would be but the 2 of them couldn't even agree....while I also couldn't read the documents while I was laying almost flat in the chair. I couldn't follow what they were saying at all.There was also promises made to send a letter to my insurance contesting the low reimbursement on the removal of broken pieces. I found out a month later that they didn't do it. So I have no trust in this office since they have no understanding about how to research the patient's cost with the patient before any work is done. I ended up paying $2,300 vs. the $750 estimate of another dentist. Will obviously never go back.

Dr Fuqua was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortably while removing a broken screw in one of my Dental Implants. It was somewhat costly but considering the cost and time it takes to have implant removed than wait three months before having new implant then waiting another three months to make sure new implant is ready for the new Abutment (screw) it was well worth it. Staff was great and very professional.Thank you NTFOS for referring Dr Fuqua for this procedure.
