“Our sales rep Chester was spectacular. My wife and I had planned to spend a day this past February shopping for a new couch. Our first stop was Basset after a friend had recommended them. Chester took the time to listen to what we wanted and then proceeded to show us options. He was very knowledgeable about each product and broke down how each couch was built and the benefits.
Since we had already planned to shop, we told him we were still going to look around. After leaving Basset the other stores just felt cheap. We weren't looking for generic furniture so we found ourselves right back at Basset where it felt right. Chester then came to our home to help us measure, plan our design, and choose colors. He also showed up at delivery to make sure we loved everything.
Basset won't be the cheapest, they aren't designed to be, but in our opinion they are the best. And Chester was a stand out.”

“Lambert Home was exceptional from the first design and timeline meetings where they worked seamlessly through our time constraints and budget issues to the final install day where the tiniest details were dealt with the utmost importance.
The construction was efficient (which I feel is rare these days) and 99% of the time there was a head contractor on site to manage all sub contractors. I feel it is important to mention that our project spanned 7 months and to have a contractor on site that many days was not only instrumental in creating our final result but also streamlined the construction process so there were fewer issues and miscommunications.
I would highly recommend Lambert Home and will be using them for my home remodels in the future!”
“Outstanding customer service by Jonathan Yyn. No-pressure sales technique, but informative and very personalized as he asked a few questions, listened closely and well and then made suggestions about various products in the store. We went in to get a lumbar support pillow for the car in preparation of a long road trip and wound up buying a power zero-gravity chair. Our original $60 purchase eventually found us spending nearly $5000. We are thrilled with the high-quality power leather massage zero-gravity chair we bought, and will likely return in the future for a Tempur-Pedicure mattress set”

Back in today looking a couches and the salesman told me bedframe had gone on sale and gave me a 15% back on a price adjustment.
Weirs has always been great for us. It’s the perfect value-for-price formula.
We have shopped at a number of their stores over the last 25 years as we have moved around the DFW area. The salespeople are always low stress and kind. Stores are clean and well merchandised.

“Great experience at the Southlake location! We upgraded from a P6 to a Comfort 360. Upon entry we were greeted by two lovely associates. Ayanna was very helpful and full of knowledge. She answered all our questions and even offered suggestions which increased our trust in purchasing the SmartBed. Delivery was scheduled within 48-72 which is awesome because we don't have to wait 2-3 weeks to sleep in comfort! Thanks to Ayanna, our overall experience an A+.
Update: We purchased the bed on Tuesday, 6/9, and were told it would be delivered on Friday, 6/12. Just received a message today (Thursday 6/11) informing me that the bed would not be delivered as expected, and we will have to wait until 6/22 for delivery. I think it is a cunning plan from Sleep Number to tell customers an acceptable delivery date, and the once purchased, they call to tell you delivery will be two-three weeks out! Not acceptable!!
Update 6/23: We have our bed!”

“I was gifted a pair of gorgeous little earrings and wrap/shawl for my birthday last year from a friend who acquired them from JT & Co., so months later I checked out this location as I was in search of a gift myself and what a lovely boutique store, filled with unique and beautiful things! Something for every budget, wonderfully attentive staff, unusual little finds and great ambiance. This store is its own vibe. I think you'll be left with a pleasant overall experience when you visit. I'll definitely be back!!!”

“I had been looking at Lovesac Sactionals online and believed I had come up with the perfect design. I decided to stop by the physical Southlake store just to see my fabric choice in person. I’m so glad I did! I got to meet William who is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and fun sales people I’ve EVER met. He helped me realize my original selection was not going to meet my needs and helped me see my vision through the use of the blocks. William made sure I had the correct back pillows and deep and standard seats for multiple layout options I was considering. I dealt with him on 3 separate occasions and he was the same delightful person each time. William is one of a kind and makes customers quickly feel like friends. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience.”

“I really do love this store. I love coming in here because they have such great things. I don’t get greeted when I walk in and employees are not really there to try to help you. I was looking for something in particular that I couldn’t find there were at least three employees walking the floor, but no one ever asked me for help. The store is always pretty organized, but it’s just hard to get help when you need it. I’ve gone a few times to pick up orders I did online and it’s always a wait to get someone to help you.”
“No high pressure sales. Verlene was our sales rep. She was very pleasant and knew sales floor because she guided us to the areas that we were interested in. When I was trying to make a decision about an extra purchase she allowed me to think about it without pressuring me. Great experience! The woman that processed our payment had a great attitude also. Everyone we came into contact with made the whole buying experience worthwhile.”

“We bought a mattress at this store in 2023. Unfortunately, after only three years of use, it needed to be replaced. It had a 10 year warranty so we called the store to inquire about the claim process. I was very pleasantly surprised with their response. They honored the warranty, the claim was filed and we selected a new mattress from the same store. Excellent service throughout. Would recommend Mattress Firm and this store in particular.”
