I highly recommend Olivia for facials! She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. The experience is always so relaxing and my skin is always glowing after a visit. The environment Olivia creates is comfortable, welcoming, and she immediately puts you at ease. She takes the time to discuss concerns with you and truly listens. I cannot recommend her enough!

Wow! Cameisha did my massage today and it was the best massage I ever had!! I have had over 100 massages and she was by far the best. You can tell she loves what she does. I don’t do reviews unless I had an amazing experience. She is amazing! ❤️

The only good thing about this place is the infused water they offer you before your service. I had a massage and it was the worst! The gentleman massaged me for about 15 minutes and throughout the whole hour all he did was talk and talk. I even mentioned in my paperwork that limited talking was much appreciated. I guess their employees don't read the client profiles. A few weeks later, I then made an appointment to get a facial and experienced two cancelations. Worst service and experience, I canceled my membership.

I cannot express how wonderful my massage with Nigel was! After years of jumping around to different locations and many spas around the globe, I’m elated to have come across his expertise. Nigel was extremely professional with a soothing demeanor. He has a penchant for addressing problem areas and providing an excellent personalized experience. I truly appreciate him and his skilled hands at this nice facility.

Receive a FB notice about the cryofascial with a coupon and I happened to be around the corner so on my way home I stopped by to check it out. WORST customer service I have experienced in a while. $750 for a series, so not cheap. The guy behind the counter was beyond rude. Not interested in my business at all. I will not go back. There are plenty of other similar businesses in Southlake. I'm not giving my money to someone that treats walk in potential clients with such disrespect. Disgusting...
