Went into the Southlake store to purchase a suit. Lotus helped me pick out a Joseph Abboud suit. After alterations had an issue with it but Lotus took amazing care in helping to make my purchase right. No pushback. Just did what he thought was in my best interests to make my purchase experience meet expectations. In today's world not too many companies are putting the customers' needs 1st. Lotus and Jos. A. Bank did that! I truly appreciate the customer loyalty and strongly recommend Jos. A. Bank for their inventory but just as importantly for their customer service and their ambition to satisfy their customers 100%.

I picked out a tux online and it asked me to go to the store to have it fitted. When I showed up, there was no record that I pick out the suit online and I had to start all over. The sales associate even seemed suprised that I came in 2.5 months before the event for my fitting, even though the website asked me to. This seems like a very poorly organized company. Very unacceptable for the year 2023. Overall, didn't feel very confident about this company and probably will not use them again in the future.

Every time I've gone in I was waited on quickly. I experienced good customer service and quality clothes for my spouse. Good value too!

Needed a suit on short notice, had a nice lady help me figure out my current sizing, and grabbed what I needed. She was helping multiple customers at once and handled it great!

I have purchased several suits from Jos A Banks over the years at this location, but never again. The Customer Service here is absolutely abysmal. The Greeting was "What do you want?" Not, "Welcome to the store". How can I help you?" When I told Lotus (I asked for his name before I left) that I wanted a suit, he simply turned his back on me and walked away, presumably towards a rack of suits. I never felt like a valued as a customer. As with any business, there are plenty of choices out there and I choose to not ever walk through these doors again.

This was originally a 1-star review for the following reasons: "We had the worst service I have ever experienced. We were there for 3 hours, promised a discount that was taken back at the end, and the lady helping us didn't write anything down so after we left with the tuxes she gave us, we realized that some people were given the incorrect jacket and/or pants."After going back to the store to exchange some items and get one more person fitted, the lady who helped us previously approached me directly, took responsibility for what happened, and sincerely apologized for the experience. I know that was difficult to do, and I greatly appreciated her honesty and acknowledgement of the incident. I respect that.

Disappointed in this place. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and thought I found it. Sales guy put me in a jacket a little too big and the alteration is going to cost me almost what the jacket cost! They couldn't alter it for two weeks so I went to and outside tailor. He should have put me in a 40 short not regular. I then had to school him on fashion because he was so old school that he wasn't up to speed on the latest trends. My roommate has been there twice and can't get anyone to help him. Probably the last time I'll shop here. It's rough when you have to beg them to take your money.

The experience I had was awful. I have been a long time customer and this store has put an awful taste in my mouth for the company. I walked in and I was 1 of about 4 customers in the store. There were about 4 employees during my visit. I found a suit that I wanted to buy, and I was directed to go and try it on and come back out so we could look at getting it tailored. After waiting 20-25 minutes of standing and waiting to get tailored to get fitted I left. The lady who was helping me seemed more interested in taking phone calls or talking with other employees than helping me get squared away and make a sale.

Store employees won't let you try on dress shirts. While I didn't see the sign, the clerk pointed it out to me after I asked to try on another shirt. I understand it takes time to refold and add the pins once a shirtIs unfolded, or maybe there's another reason, but if I can't try a shirt for fit I'm not chancing a bad fit after I'm home, and then having to drive all the way back for a return. And then what, not be able to try another shirt for fit once there? Measurements are helpful but not all reliable, given the different shirt cuts and changes in people's bodies over time. Anyway, it's a poor customer service and orientation in my opinion and wanted to share with others.

ZERO customer service. Walked in to buy 4 shirts 10 minutes before closing. A little late I know. The young salesman that was helping me was having trouble finding my size and instead of helping him, the Manger told him he has 2 minutes. Less than 1 minute later he said we have to go. With that I said I will just go. He said we have to close the register by a certain time. I was prepared to spend $180 for 4 shirts and would have been done in just a moment but I was basically told to get out. Again, zero customer service. Been a customer for more than 20 years, Joseph A Banks should be ashamed...

I had an appointment to pick up my suit after two weeks, but when I arrived, the fitting was incomplete, and my pants were missing. Despite waiting for so long, the service was disappointing, and I left feeling frustrated and angry. I did receive my money back, but the overall experience was very poor.Overall, I would not recommend this business to anyone even though I was their customer for many years. The service was unprofessional, and the customer experience was terrible. I suggest looking elsewhere that values their customers and provides a better experience.
