Worst customer service ever until I brought out my wallet. I'm not sure if it's a race thing at this location or what, but I walked in with my daughter looking better than the other customers and we weren't acknowledged. I'm sure I make way more money than over half of the people coming in, but because of my race, I was ignored. Seriously made the women step back when I pointed to several things for them to wrap up. This location needs a talk from corporate HR on manners and simple employee Code of Conduct because this childish behavior is going to make it crumble at some point.

I was heartbroken to find my necklace broken after traveling Spain with it on every day of my trip. I accidentally snagged it on my grandson's car seat. Walking in to this store was such a pleasant experience as I was anxious the necklace was beyond repair. The staff was accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to my new best friend, Shelbee, who fixed it! I will be shopping here for special occasions in the near future.

Came in the store tonight with an urgent need for a gift. The staff was outstanding and help me figure out the gift and we’re so patient as I tried to decide between several great options. Could not have imagined a better experience.

The people here are so welcoming and kind. I came in to get a bracelet fixed and the sweetest girl Connor helped me. She was so happy to help and talking to her was like talking to a friend. Made me feel so much better about the whole process! If you need help with anything definitely come to this Kendra!

I have shopped at this store for years and never been treated the way my daughter and I were today. We came in with a broken necklace that was a gift , to see what could be done . Marybeth, sales associate was rude and honestly never made eye contact , like had her eyes closed most of the conversation. There wasn’t much that could be done which was fine because they don’t sale the necklace any longer and she could offer 25% off a new item which was fine. When we finally went to check out she forgot the 25% when I reminded her she was very aggressive about wanting the necklace back literally jerking it out of my daughter’s hand. Very unprofessional.

My daughter purchased her first KS piece on her 13th birthday. The lady at the color bar was very kind to her and showed her the pieces she asked for. She also showed her all of the stones and helped her choose what she wanted. The cashier was treated absolutely horribly by the people in front of us so she was a bit deflated when she checked us out. She’s human and is allowed to show that her feelings were hurt. We didn’t take it personally. I just hate that someone felt entitled enough to treat her that way. We will be back to this store though because they are kind and they do care about helping people find the pieces that make them happy. And I truly hope others learn to give grace because these ladies are very sweet at the Southlake location. Thank you!

I raced home tonight to give this store accolades. Tonight I step out to buy my Mom and Mother’s Day gift and was helped by one of the kindest humans I have ever met! I explained to her I had to be cautious of how much I can spend right now due to medical treatments I need and can only have outside of the US. I didn’t go into details, but this woman showed me kindness when I needed it the most, I cried. I wish I had asked her name, I was so overwhelmed with her generosity, I completely forgot to ask. After a hug good bye, I had to sit with my emotions, I was so grateful for her kindness. The world needs more of this woman and I am going to pay it forward. I look forward to returning
and thanking her, she brought so much sunshine to me.

Store greeter was rude and not helpful, came to pick up a gift and it was not wrapped as requested in the order which is how it should have been handed to me and later asked if she should wrap it. She informed me she couldn't clean a necklace but I went to the location in Fort Worth and they replaced it at no cost. Waste of time

Had the easiest time in the world getting my mom and girlfriend what they needed for Christmas with Sarah, super knowledgeable, really fun and made the process so easy, especially for a guy who didn’t know a ton. Definitely coming back!
