These people are very brilliant asks for feedback and hides their access code and do putting sensor back if customer dont want item infront of customer, where as other stores, customer is important.

When Sephora opened in Kohl's at the Southlake store I was very skeptical but I decided to try it anyway. Although the products were the same great products, the folks working at that Sephora at the time knew absolutely nothing so I continued to go to the Southlake Townsquare Sephora. On Friday, Nov. 4th I needed a new heating blanket so I went to Kohl's and decided to pop into Sephora only because it was raining and I needed a travel mascara. I was greeted by Daniel and I was absolutely floored by the knowledge, professionalism and service I received by Daniel at that Sephora. I consider myself a make-up expert but he knew everything about every line that I liked. If you haven't tried the new Sephora in Kohl's I highly recommend trying this one again and hopefully Daniel will be working there. Thank you Sephora Kohl's for hiring professionals like Daniel. As long as he is there you will have my Sephora business.

I don't shop here a lot. But I like to drop off my returns for Amazon. I went and this guy named Mike was working the counter. Idk what his deal was but he was so rude. I had four items to return. Started off with scanning the QR code and telling me "I only have three items on the QR code. Why is there an extra item?" I said "because I have to return them all, I have another QR" again, being an ass to me. Idk why, I say "idk which ones you have" twice and so I show him another one. Then he was like "you just showed me that one" I'm like "okay." And finally show him the right one. I walk out without saying thank you. Kohls, please do better. This guy clearly isn't meant to help people.

You may as well not even come here if you're going to buy clothes... All of the dressing rooms are closed still! Guess what... The bathrooms are open. Doesn't make much sense to me since bathrooms seem to have a lot more germs than dressing rooms... I gave it two stars because I do like other things they sell that don't need to be tried on.

This is a nice location with friendly customer service. I have been here a couple of times to drop off some Amazon returns and have had smooth transactions. Both times I also ended up shopping because they give you a 25% off coupon to redeem in-store. While I was looking at some shorts, a staff member noticed and showed me some others that looked similar. She even offered to grab me a cart once my arms started filling up. Don't judge me lol. Long story short, her personable customer service really made me feel like I was in a small boutique versus a department store. I also saw her being super kind to other customers as well. I don't know how long she has worked there, but if it's been long, she's still got it! If you like to try on clothes, note that the fitting rooms are still currently closed due to COVID. You can still try on shoes tho! Apparently COVID can't get on your feet LOL. I'll be back!

It was awful. Hate that they force you to wear a mask. They have no sizes for normal sized people. All the pants and clothes are practically for midgets. Might as well not even shop at this store if you're over 5'10. Awful store.

Kohl's never disappoints when it comes to prices and selection. I always come here to get toddlers' clothes. They have a pretty good toy selection as well. I love that you can come to any Kohl's for Amazon returns. Saves me the hassle of having to go to a UPS store.

Kohl's is Kohl's! Some stores have been updated and others are still in the process of being remodeled. This store has not been remodeled but they do have the Amazon return kiosk at the back of the store. This store has super friendly employees and is laid out like most Kohl's. I have been shopping this store for years and most recently been taking advantage of the amazon returns. It's actually a default on Amazon now when you want to do a return, it's set to return to a Kohl's location. They are very strategic in this store as they have located the Amazon return station at the rear of the store by the rest rooms and luggage. Kohl's, we know what you are doing here. You have to walk to the back of the store to do an Amazon return hoping we will find other items to purchase. The Amazon return station is a kiosk at the back of the store with trained employees. They make it easy to bring in your items for a return. Within a few hours you have a financial credit transaction. Easy Peasy!

You can bring your item to return at this Kohl's! They will package and ship it for you for free. Items here have high retail prices, but are usually on sale and you can find good deals when you combine sale and coupons together. Clean and organized store. LOVE the new Amazon return counter! So convenient and painless! Only gripe, not a single person to help us in shoes. Only one cashier for check out. The customer services counter was 6 deep waiting and the regular cashier had 4 people average while we waited for our turn. Gives the impression that Kohl's is self service. If so, put in the Walmart style self serve lanes and let us get out of here.

The last two pairs of Haggar pants purchased from Kohl's have had the lower ankle seam threading come loose. Both on the same leg around the same time. I would assume this is due to the lower quality of Haggar products sold by Kohl's. (Based on other Haggar pants I own that do not have this issue.) But I can not confirm that. Very disappointing whatever the reason is.

My husband and I went to your store on Sunday 12/23 looking for pajamas for our kids. I was needing LT (large tall) for our son but there wasn't any left. I was nervous to ask for help because the store was busy and the associates were working hard to keep the store clean. But I did, the First Lady I asked wasn't familiar with the men's section but went to get someone else to help us. Within minutes our Elf asked what we were looking for. She asked for any other size and she would go check. I handed her a 4xl and off she went! (She was moving so quickly it was hard to keep up!!!!) she scanned, she looked, she typed some more and off she went flying thru the store. She found them in new deliveries that were on a rack by all the other pajama pants in men's. The last pair, the only pair of men's LT pajama pants in the store and I got them. It was like Christmas when my kids were little and I was searching for that most wanted, most annoying tickle me Elmo!!!!! I wish I got her name! She was so friendly, so quick and completed the task at hand for me! I can only describe her..... long blondish hair past her shoulders, pink reading glasses, an accent I could listen to all day, and a larger than life SMILE! I hope the store can recognize her in someway! I know being a sales associate during the Holiday season can be stressful, and hard.... she never portrayed that to me! Thank you my Kohl's Elf!

I love coming to this Kohl's. The store is pretty clean and sales people warm and friendly. Even though the check out line was long, it moved fairly quickly. I really wanted to spend my kohl's cash so i stopped by at the Kohl's in Southlake. IMO, they cater to different tastes in women's clothes....i purchased 3 of the cutest tops and 2 lauren Conrad sweaters, Essie nail polish, and a perfume gift set. Oh, I love kohl's cash..just spent 2. With my coupons and all, saved so much.

If I could give zero I would. This place is so unprofessional. Granted we went Black Friday but the people in the jewelry department were playing favorites. Choosing to check out who they wanted and letting other buy their clothes but not us. Every though we waited 20 minutes to even be helped because they were too busy talking and having an attitude with the customers. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE EVER THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!
