Khols is the most underrated store. If u kno..u kno!! It's mid July and we grabbed back to school backpacks (they have Nike Adidas and JANSPORT!!) the freshest drops all together with a huge variation of same style lunch boxes! Everything is on sale and they coupon so much! I save $256.00 on a $543.00!!! it was CRAZY! I COLLECTED $100 in khols cash with this purchase which brings my bill basically down to $443.00 in all reality!

I needed to take a satin pillowcase to my daughter who is in the hospital. The associate in bedding took my request over the phone since I am unable to stand very long. They had it for me at checkout so all I had to do was park in handicap and come to the front and purchase it. Unbelievable service.

I wanted to compliment Southlake, Texas store associate, Tala. She is an asset to Kohls in every way!!! She provides excellent customer service!!! She is kind & knowledgeable... always greets everyone with a smile... is super efficient & makes her customers feel special & welcome!!! I have had the fortune of being helped by Tala in the past!!! Went earlier this week to the Southlake, TX store and the sales deals I saw weren’t really deals.
I was surprised to see that the store was now self service—what a way to make customers not want to come back! There was a long line at customer service and only one clerk. There is no reason for me to go to this store again.

Went to return my items at Sephora and the clerk was not friendly. She seemed like she did not want to be there and seemed bothered that I was returning opened lipsticks. She even asked if I could go find the name colors of each one because it didn’t have the barcode, so I went on my phone trying to find which one belonged to which one and then she got exasperated and did it on her computer. So she could do it on her computer, just wanted to waste my time and hers and make me feel like an inconvenience. She acted like the money was coming out of her pocket. Will definitely not return to this store again and not this Sephora. I will never understand people signing up to work a job they hate. If you don’t want the job, then leave it to someone who does.
