The white lady with the short blonde hair didn’t acknowledge me or my mother at all. They addressed everyone else even people that walked in before and after us, but not us. We also happened to be the only poc in the store. I had to go up and ask for help and she was more ‘impressed’ with my English than focused on answering my question.

This was my first and last experience with Loft. Customer service was the absolute worst. I was in the store for more than an hour and not one sales person spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. When I checked out, the clerk rang up two of the same item instead of the two different items I actually got. When I went to do an even exchange, I was told that the clerk rang up my purchase incorrectly and I would have to pay more in order do do the exchange. It wasn’t my fault the clerk didn’t do her job correctly, but I sure paid for it! Never shop here if you expect to be treated like a person or have your purchase go smoothly. Worst experience ever!

The worst department store I ever dealt with. This is my first time ever to write a review but I truley feels I was scammed by this company. The worst customer service and the issue wasn't even my fault. Their employee made the mistake and the customer pays for it. I will never buy from this place ever again. Safe yourself the trouble and don't ever open a credit card with them or you will find yourself with late fees when you already returned your items to the store before it was due.

I received no customer service or acknowledgment at all while shopping for about 30 minutes. When I went to check out I was told I was required to provide a phone number. I explained I did not want to give it out. The cashier told me that it was required for a purchase. Not friendly at all and terrible service.

I had some items in my online cart. But I wanted to see if any of them were in stock. I roamed around the store for about 5 min. As I was clearly looking like I was looking for something, stating to myself that it might be here or there, no one offered to assist me. I saw several employees with items in hand, working, restocking, etc.
I won't return and I emptied my online cart. I'll shop elsewhere.

The Tanger Outlet Loft no longer accepts online returns, so I had to go to the southlake location. All three cashiers working today (1/7/25 at noon) were extremely rude at this location. I understand customer service is an extremely tough job, but a little patience and kindness goes a long way in a person’s day. I don’t want to shop at the loft anymore if I have to come this location to return items. I hope these ladies’ superiority complex was full from our encounter because I’ll never be back.

I've been shopping at the lot for probably 15 years. I always find cute stuff. Although the quality of some of their stuff has gone down over the years, they're still better than a lot of other big manufacturers. I also shop Loft online a lot. They do have really good sales. They are the only petite pant that actually fits me height wise without needing any further hemming. The staff at this particular store are very nice and the store is always clean. Parking can be tough at this location so you might have to park in the parking garage.

All the sales associates were super friendly and the store was well organized and clean. They explained how to locate the coupon in my email when I asked about honoring the online promotion.

It’s a shame that this is the most conveniently located Loft for me. The majority of the employees here are older, ignorant, white women who clearly rather help white women only. I’ve encountered the difference on several occasions over the past 3 years. You can just stand by in a corner and watch how they clearly treat customers differently. Loft has given me a generous credit card limit that I don’t care to ever use any longer.

On June 30th at 5:00pm, One sales associate was racist to the customer and very rude. They don't even know what they're doing. I was showing the phone for a coupon to order online in LOFT but it wont take it and the price was different with what I had in my shopping bag in online so I tried explain to her but she didnt listen she was saying I brought chinese phone so thats why different price I have. I was asking her name then she ignored me and walk away from me. I never seen like her in Loft store.
