I had been looking at Lovesac Sactionals online and believed I had come up with the perfect design. I decided to stop by the physical Southlake store just to see my fabric choice in person. I’m so glad I did! I got to meet William who is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and fun sales people I’ve EVER met. He helped me realize my original selection was not going to meet my needs and helped me see my vision through the use of the blocks. William made sure I had the correct back pillows and deep and standard seats for multiple layout options I was considering. I dealt with him on 3 separate occasions and he was the same delightful person each time. William is one of a kind and makes customers quickly feel like friends. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience.

We stopped in yesterday and had a great experience! Jeremy helped us find the love sac and the fabric that was best for our family and we even walked out with an extra footrest! It was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If you’re even halfway considering one of these, I strongly recommend stopping by the store!

We have been looking at the Lovesac Sectional for a few weeks now and finally had the opportunity to make it out to the Store. Once we walked in Davis greeted us and asked if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us great direction as we were working towards building out our sectional.
I loved that I never felt pressured in the store and that I felt I was always getting straight answers.
Long story short, if you are interested in Lovesac products head over to the Southlake store and hopefully you get to work with Davis!

Bought a lovesac beanbag here. The guy was super rude after I bought it and he even ordered the wrong size cover and blamed me for ordering the larger one. I won’t be dealing with this company anymore.

The service is spectacular! I love my adaptable couch. If you like to switch up your living room and the oversized feel this is the brand for you. Had a side cover missing from my order but the manager Davis made sure I had it in 48 hours! Thank you Davis. You should really check this place out. I'll be back for a bean bag chair:)

The staff inside the Southlake location were phenomenal, and assisted me with completing my custom order. They were quick and efficient, took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know in preparation for when everything arrived to my home.Our sactionals with the stealth tech surround sound are now all set up and all I can say is WOW..... Phenomenal technology paired with a luxury couch.
