Sheesh! Every single employee in the store was helpful. I’d especially like to highlight a young lady named Julia that was so helpful I brought my wife back. This isn’t the closest Lulu store to me, but it’s the only one that I’ll be shopping at. Well done!!!

These folks were rockstars today! We can over for some clothes given American Airlines issues, and a young man with dark hair, maybe 5’5” or 5’6” or so, helped us. And was very nice, very helpful, and accommodating! Thank you!!

A sales associate was helping a customer find his size at the back pant wall, it sounded like his size was out of stock. I was shopping for my husband at the same pant wall. I grabbed the pair I intended to buy *different style/not even next to what the other customer was looking at,* and stopped to look them over at a nearby table.
The associate turned around with major attitude and asked where I got the pants I was holding. I pointed to the pant wall. She then said to the other customer she swore she had already pulled the exact pair I was holding and specifically set them aside for him on the same table I was standing at? I played dumb and asked if I wasn’t supposed to take them from the pant wall, walked over, pointed to the exact stack I pulled them from, etc. She just brushed me off and said it’s fine.
Basically she accused me of lying and implied I was to blame for her inability to locate his size. I ultimately said “here, you can have them,” set them on the table I allegedly swiped them from, and walked out with 0 intent to return.
I have almost a decade of retail and food service management under my belt so offer a lot of grace, but gaslighting one paying customer in front of another? Do better.

Tiffany patiently helped me to get some pants hemmed and made sure everything fit just right. She had a great attitude the whole time, super friendly and helpful.

I went in on a Wednesday evening to exchange some items I had ordered online. As I walked in, someone greeted me, and another lovely sales associate held my items at the front. A dressing room attendant helped me with sizing. The items I was exchanging didn’t work out, but the attendant found me some other styles I liked much better. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in stock, and what was available online was also sold out. The woman who checked me out at the register was very kind and gave me a gift card, which she uploaded to my account. Everything was easy and efficient. The store is a 10 out of 10

This is the best Lululemon store. The staff are fantastic. Their on site alterations are quick and fast and free.

Dillard's used to be my brand store to stop.(sorry) Hello, Lulu. Everything you need casual sportswear relaxation. A great place to take your kids shopping as well And the best part is they have a thirty day trial on on all their shoes and sandals if don't like it , you can take them back

To the older Asian woman who helped me. You made me so uncomfortable. I will never return to your store. I tried to get help and all I can take from this experience is you have a pill problem and a bad attitude and lack any customer service skills known to man. Leave the job to the under 25 year old girls. You’re past due.

the rudest cashier almost made me cry and insisted i had to sign up for the military discount online when ive been to so many different lululemon stores many times for years im literally such a loyal customer but ive never been told this before. she was extremely mean and when i said i was confused about how to work the website she was really condescending and said “are you going to swipe your card or not.” it was so mean. i think she was trying to accuse me of having a fake military id but she wouldnt even let me show her when i tried to. she didnt care. she was so rude and i was just quiet the whole time because i felt like i was being accused of being a liar. i will never come back to this location again. literally every other lululemon ive ever been to even outside of texas have the nicest and most caring workers. i never knew i could be treated like this at a store before this. what makes this worse is that it was on the fourth of july… denying me my miltary discount on the fourth of july is insane. i dont even know how to sign up online and i tried multiple times today but i just cant figure out how to. and i dont think theyre going to help me over the phone according to the other reviews. if youre a sensitive person and dont want ppl to be super rude to you for no reason: do not come here. beware
