The employees here are not friendly. They do not greet you when you walk in. If you ask for help, they act super annoyed. They have a decent selection, but this location is not super friendly.They used to be so nice before they moved to the new location.

Amazing customer service! The two women that helped me were super friendly and went out of their way to help me find the right product. Although their merchandise is pricey, I’m very impressed with the company’s resolve to replace or repair products with holes. The quality of the leggings is always exceptional.

Wanted to shout out Sofia for such a great customer service. Sofia went above and beyond educating me, and guiding me through the store. Sofia's product knowledge allowed me to shop and fine all my new favorites.

Came in for an exchange for a few items, and tried some stuff on. I felt like the employees' attitudes here were very hit or miss. The employees in the fitting room did not seem like they were in a good mood and seemed to second-guess my size, questioning "you want this in a size __?". It felt judgmental and odd. However, the employees at the register were a different story and were way nicer, actually chatting with me and even helping me exchange an old pair of shorts that had problems with the mesh lining. The blonde girl who was wearing grey shorts and a purple tank top at the register was SO nice. I would possibly come back here again because they have good items in stock.

Shout out to JILLIAN for all her help with my daughter who was looking for one of those trendy fanny packs in black (whatever they call them). She wanted to use her own money for good grades and Jillian recognized the "big deal" it was for her and while no inventory was shown, she scanned the store, looked at all the display mannequins, and tried to track one down before helping us attempt to order one online. During Jillian's search my daughter said she wouldn't mind a white one (which Jillian found) and so we ended up purchasing that. She was fantastic and deserves the praises for her great customer service!

This location consist of side eyes and lazy people, after calling every day as I live far away and my hemming emails were not arriving, an ACTUAL EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THEY ARE INSTRUCTED BY MANAGEMENT TO NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I would love to hear what corporate thinks of this

I processed a return online. Instructions clearly said to return the items to the store. It never stated I needed to bring my credit card. Store manager said it was nothing she could do. I disagree. She can change this practice by communicating to her manager. This is not the first time this has happened. You're a billion dollar company, I'm a measly consumer with a proper ID. You could have processed the return. I will never purchase another piece of clothing from this vendor.

Customer service via phone is not the greatest. I've been calling at different hours for the past 3 days trying to get ahold of someone to talk about my repair order (or lack thereof). After calling my local store and explaining the situation, they assured me someone from the Southlake store would be able to help after they contacted them directly.Suddenly, I recieve two emails from the Southlake store saying that my repair order was 1) Ready and 2) Already picked up by me, which isn't possible since I don't live there and I asked them specifically to ship it to my apartment. Weird.Now, I'm at a loss. Their online customer support won't help, the store refuses to talk to me, and my local store has their hands tied. Where are my leggings? What's the solution for this mess?UPDATE: I just now recieved an email that my repair order just now being shipped to my apartment, but only after all of the above occurred. There has to be a better way to communicate with this store about orders, especially without having to call a different store to get the ball rolling.

My favorite DFW area Lululemon store. Staff is overall very friendly and helpful even when I am doing a return or exchange. The new location is big and beautiful! They don’t always have as much selection as North Park or Legacy West but the customer service keeps this as my “home” store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, this is not a review specifically for the Southlake location. It is LuLuLemon corporate and I will be posting there as well.This company has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The representatives are not rude, they are simply uneducated and unable to perform the simplest tasks. This is on the corporate office to better train their employees, especially during the holiday season.I ordered my daughter clothes for Christmas on December 1, 2022. On December 12th, I received an email to track the shipment. For four days it continued reporting that the items had not been picked up by the delivery company. Therefore, I emailed them yesterday, the 15th, to find out why it had not arrived after over 2 weeks. I received an email back stating he had cancelled my order and I could order again. He told me he had credited my card and I would see it reflect in 2-3 days. WHAT?!?! You canceled my order??? Without my permission??? I was angry but went ahead and reordered the items. However they were out of the size my daughter wears as well as the colors she wanted. So here I am out $400 and spending another $400 in hopes the order would arrive by Christmas.Because they didn't have the correct size and color I contacted LuLuLemon via text on their website. It took 45 minutes to get a response and because I was away from my phone for 5 minutes they canceled my text messages. So I again texted them and waited with phone in hand for an hour. Finally I got a person and she stated that yes I was credited but when I asked about receiving an email or some sort of confirmation that showed they canceled my order she was unable to help. No excuses. So I asked to speak with a manager and she texted me the 800 number. Really?!?!So I called and had to explain the entire situation all over again. The woman was very friendly but not helpful at all. She told me that no, my order had not been canceled and in fact it would be arriving that day. Wait, WHAT?!?! Then I asked to cancel my order that I placed after I discovered they had canceled my order without my permission and she said they couldn't do that. They can only cancel an order within 60 minutes. Well, had the email support or the text support been able to help me, I would have been able to cancel within 60 minutes. After several minutes of her unable to answer my questions and she was about to end the call, I repeated the frustration I was having and the conflicting messages. She looked again and yes, in fact I had been canceled and refunded. Her advice- wait and see if anything shows up and wait and see if my $400 would be refunded. What a NIGHTMARE!!! And it took up 2.5 hours of my morning. #done #nomoreLuLuLemon.
