usually people there are polite and greet you but this time I walked in and nobody acknowledged me at all 😭 I feel like the girl was annoyed?? could be bc it’s the holidays and they are busy. lowkey think it’s race thing, but it’s whatever, they may not have even realized they were treating me differently. you know how unconscious/implicit bias be 😹 anyways chat I will be going to the galleria mall location instead I fear 🤓.

I’ve always been a fan of Lush, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Zoey at the Southlake location. She was super helpful when my fiancé and I needed assistance picking out gifts. I could tell she’s pretty knowledgeable about the different products.

I love this store. Always a great environment, the employees are both very kind and helpful. I always come here for Christmas presents and they never disappoint! Will always continue to buy from Lush, the store itself is great and so are the values of the company (I try to go with a cruelty free option as much as possible)

thank you so much to the managers here for thinking of the community by donating amazing products that really make a difference with my skin. I really like the sleepy time, body nourishment, and the posh chocolate shower gel. Those are my favorite and I’m in the tub right now and I put a bath bomb in there. As a business, we also share these products with our health, conscious customers as well to spread the word about lush. A lot of them did not know about lush so that should bring more business to the company. Sherrie is amazing.

We came in for a friends birthday, and Rhiannon was so friendly! She greeted us, was extremely sweet and gave us samples, so we ended up making a couple of purchases🤍

shout out to Brandy at lush for generously donating a multitude of amazing products to six lives promise House Sherrie is truly amazing. She is a dedicated volunteer for her cousin‘s family own business to spread the word of mental health awareness to those who endured physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence. The thought that the product from lush really uplifts me because I’m being thought of in a world that needs more kindness so I love the product, but I’m more so grateful for the thought of the managers there for those who need their spirit lifted

The store was large and has a great layout. The store felt bigger than the Galleria Dallas and Houston Galleria locations.
As usual, employees were attentive and available to answer questions and provide recommendations.
Southlake has the closest location to the North Fort Worth area.

First time ever going idk if I’ll be back.. the service was fine, not very friendly just kind of doing the job. I asked for a sample of the vitamin C scrub (I’m obsessed) — testing the waters to see if it’s worth it — the lady didn’t want to talk to me at all and acted annoyed to even be helping me. I was living in Austin for the past year, and I went to get samples all the time especially as Christmas rolls around!!! They were always kind and generous with the samples especially because they knew I was giving them away. Unfortunately this is what the Southlake location gave me (see picture) vs what the Austin location did. IDK if I’m being greedy, someone lmk if they had this same problem.. this sucks I have so many people to buy for and sample bags of curated items were always my go to for them!! 😔 (SIDE NOTE: yes we did buy multiple items I don’t usually get samples without buying at least a bubble bar or a shower gel 🫧)
