I used to like shopping here, but the lady assumed it’s the manager was so rude to an employee there this morning I felt bad for her. Saying stuff in front of me as a customer was not professional at all. When you give some people an authority position they get a big head like I have the power. She needs to go to HR and get more training on her employees. Good look

The store was clean, well organized, and stocked. It was easy to find what I was looking for. The self checkout went smoothly. I like shopping for the items that have gone on clearance. I'm in the middle of making a wreath from a discounted wreath and flowers I chose.

I had to click the self check out button for assistance, because of course no one was at the front or in sight. I was trying to return some items and the manger tells me it usually it doesn’t work by looking up the credit card. We tried and it didn’t work. You can’t return it with your license either. What a waste of money.

Great store ! When there’s a coupon 40%off we go see what we can find ! Last time we went they had a Clearance on Model Car kits , they were 1/2 off !
Not sure if they are still going to sell them but it’s a great place to buy them save 40%off the higher price Hobby Shops.
People here are always helpful and kind.

1. It is a waste of my time that I have to walk to the back of the store for assistance. 2. The last 2 times that I have had UPS deliveries to your location with 2 different merchants your customer service said that they didn't have my packages. One of the instances the first order was given to me as I was picking up the replacement order. I won't go back because of these experiences.

Shouldn't offer curb site if no one is keeping an eye on when people check in. Was glad they had the item that was on sale considering almost all other locations in DFW did not. Staff was friendly

No employees available to help at checkout. I struggled and struggled to scan my coupon. I left and won’t be back if this self serve model is how they do business now

Went into the store the day after Christmas. There was an endcap that stated buy one get one free and the entire shelves were full of larger shadowboxes when I got to the register it wasn’t ringing up that way she went back there and stated that the sign should’ve been taken down so due to an employees negligence, they would not even honor the fact that it clearly stated that and that was the reason for me purchasing two terrible customer service
