My shopping experience was super pleasant. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. The music in the background was upbeat. I especially love that Oakley has a foundation that serves children in need of eye care.

I had an excellent experience at the Oakley store! I brought in my Oakley sunglasses, and they honored the warranty right away by providing brand new frames. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. Outstanding customer service all around - Oakley really stands behind their products!

My wife and I stopped in at this store to see if they had one rivet replacement for my brand new customized Holbrook sunglasses. It’s been missing for about a month now and have only owned the sunglasses for 2 months. The store associate, named Gabe was attentive, respectful, and very professional. The store happened to have the color matching rivet in stock. Gabe repaired my sunglasses. Now they are back to brand new. Thank you Gabe for your help!!

I have a deep appreciation for the Oakley brand and have always admired the quality of its products. However, my recent experience with customer service has been highly disappointing and has significantly diminished the overall brand experience.
I purchased a pair of prescription glasses with Transitions lenses using my vision benefits. Unfortunately, I had to return the glasses due to an incorrect prescription. Despite the return, the insurance claim has not been canceled, and as a result, my vision benefits have not been reinstated.
I am now attempting to purchase another pair of Oakley glasses, but I am unable to proceed without access to my reinstated vision benefits. The lack of resolution has been extremely frustrating. I have been transferred from one representative to another, yet no one has been able to provide a clear answer or a viable solution.
This entire experience has unfolded within the first two weeks of purchasing and returning the glasses, and it has left me feeling both disappointed and unsupported as a customer.

The manager Jackie was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the products and was very helpful to me in finding a new style to wear. I have Berne earring Oakley sunglasses for over 20 years and this was the best experience in store I have ever had.

I used to love the products but the quality and service has gone down significantly. When I purchased my last pair, I agreed to the warranty program to protect the lens. Unfortunately, I just tried to get mine serviced and found out that I’m 3 days outside of coverage. The staff offered no option or empathy. I’ve been a customer for years and they would have figured out some way to help of discount a replacement. Not this time. I’d highly consider other options if you’re considering a significant purchase. It’s a sad day.
