Communication was great even tho news wasn’t, they got the car fixed and back to us quickly even as bad as it was. Great people, competitive pricing and quick work. Not much else you could ask for.”

This is still the only shop I trust to work on my WRX. They are vastly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and always fair on pricing, especially for the high quality of their work. They have caught things others have missed on multiple occasions. One time, a different shop had indicated that my rotors were fine, even though my steering wheel would shake during braking. AutoScience found the rotors to be warped. Another time, I had camshaft sensor engine codes that the dealership failed to fix on two attempts. I brought my car to AutoScience, and they knew how to get to the root of the engine codes the first time. Thank you again to this exceptional business.”

“Unfortunately the second I pulled out I had a flat tire and they were fine when I went in and supposedly they filled them so I don't know if they hit a curb or something pulling the car out or what but the low pressure light was on.. I just didn't think to walk around and check the tires. So now I'm buying a new tire as well.

J d fixed her car for A fraction of that amount and he only had to fix it once he told her it wasn't a hard fix and the other shop , just patched it up and charged her a lot”

My repair was completed much quicker than I expected and my car is back rolling like new. “I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.”

“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.
AAA+ experience with an honest shop. Glad I found this Auto Service Shop.”
