Terrible experience with groomers. All we needed was a nail trim and wash for our dog asap. Went here because it’s nearby and there was a wait at our usual groomers. They shaved our dog. Her luxurious coat that we’ve been growing out is completely gone. They cut our dog’s nails AND shaved her.
Two stars because the cashier was compassionate and thoughtful during transaction.

DO NOT GET A PERSIAN CAT groomed here!! These morons cut the hair on the face when all he was supposed to have was nails trimmed and a bath!! This is not a run of the mill long haired cat!!! Idiots!!!!

Super nice location! Pet hotel looks nice as well as the training area....the rest of the store is clean, tidy, easy to find stuff, and is just nice than most!

My dog was so stinky! I hadn’t bathed him in two weeks and then he had daycamp! Erin took great good care of that… My Weimeraner is soft as velvet and her nail grinding was perfect! He’s a service animal so I really appreciate this! Thank you Erin!

Everyone here is so nice we're looking forward to getting obedience training for our little dog. We like that they had a rescue on site that we could find a new dog from Lost Paws Rescue. We are enjoying our new dog. The trainer for the obedience training and her partner are very nice and seem to be very knowledgeable. Many people said they come from far away just to get obedience training through this particular trainer. This is probably one of the better PetSmart locations I've been to as well. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I have been visiting this location for a number of years. The staff is always attentive and friendly. During my last visit, my pet's annual check up, the staff answered my questions and recommendations on concerns I shared about my pet. I would recommend them highly.

I'm not surprised this place only has 2.5 stars. How can you tell me that my dog "just isn't a good fit for your store" when all they said was that I didn't bring in my rabies vaccination date when i did on my last appt and then they ALSO turned me away then because the lady said she couldn't take him. It's beyond ridiculous. I now work at a different bathing place and can see all the harm they are doing to their animals. A lot of customers at my new place say that they've been turned away from petsmart because "they aren't the right fit" they wouldn't even give me the client notes they made ABOUT ME. ridiculous.

Payment was made for services that were not fully rendered. One dog was turned down and the other got just a mere bath with poor quality customized full body haircut, revealing an oversight in her grooming – specifically, her uncleaned ears, untrimmed nails, and incomplete paw pad and sanitary trims.

Petsmart is my go-to for cat food and supplies. Free store is easy to navigate when you're looking for your pet supplies. A staff member is usually not far away if you have a question and they are eager to help. Checking out is usually pretty quick because they will open new registers when more that two or three customers are waiting. This is helpful because huge bags of cat food and kitty litter can get heavy.
