Store is fine but customer service has much to be desired. Some of the staff are arrogant, unhelpful and condescending. Went to one of the bays to get a tube of balls to use in another location and the "Dwight" from the OFFICE freaked out. It was hilarious. He was more concerned about what I was doing with the balls than helping with a club selection to purchase. PGA store should shape up or leave Southlake.

I went to in looking for new irons and I was helped out by Mr. Bill Daniels and he was tremendous. He helped me pick the correct set for me even tested out some other clubs to fit to my swing and helped give me some tips. Overall the best experience I have ever had there extremely caring and patient with trying new clubs and having a great tome and talking. Beyond blessed to have him help me and recommend going to this store and seeing him for anyone needing anything at all!

Showed up at 9 AM and the customer service was outstanding. Super friendly staff. Helped me get a few things in the store and purchase a few things online. I love the store. I love the people. Thank you so much.

Had tried out several tennis rackets over the past week and went in this evening knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. Returned my demo and then stood near the tennis rackets for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Nobody ever came. I did not want to go to the front desk to ask for assistance as the young lady who has been working there has been unpleasant and I had no desire to deal with her again.Wanted to spend money here, but couldn't!

I came into this store last month as I walked through the store not a single employee acknowledged me. I came to buy a set of clubs, but they lost out. I would say you need new employees or better yet close your store. By the way, I bought my new set at 2nd Swing, a Callaway Paradym complete set. All in all, I spent nearly 4K I hope yous guys work on commission.

I had a horrible experience at the PGA Tour superstore in Southlake. I had gone there the day before, and had some clubs appraised to trade in for a different club. I didn't pull the trigger that day, but I went back the next day and drove all the way to the store, which is over an hour away from my home, only to get there and they change the trade-in values that they quoted me the previous day on each of the clubs. There were several clubs, but, for example, my rogue driver that I was looking to trade in came in over $60 less than the day before. Long story short, I drove over two hours with (round-trip) only to have them not honor the estimates they gave me the day prior. Even the sales person from the floor was questioning some of the values that the guy at the front was providing. Initially, he wouldn't even provide the individual vale's - just a lump sum. He was even having issues explaining how he came up with the total value when I started asking what happened to prior day estimates. Unfortunately, I was running late given how far I had to drive, and couldn't sit and listen to them argue back-and-forth, without knowing what the outcome would be. Anyway, last time I'll go to that store and I have been an incredibly frequent visitor and customer there up until now.One more point to add, 2nd Swing golf store estimates ran on average 30% higher than what I was quoted today. That being said, the estimates I received the prior day were nearly identical. Add in the fact that the person who was coming up with these values could not explain why there was a difference between the two days, and had a hard time breaking down the individual estimates from the total (which makes me believe he was just low balling me) and well I'm basically out. I'm becoming more and more happy about we finally finally have a 2nd Swing in the Dallas Fort Worth area. They will be getting all of my business going forward.... Trust me when I say give 2nd Swing a try. They provide wonderful customer service, stand behind their trade in estimates, and, I believe, their inventory is out of this world.

Great place to get roasted by retail employees when you hit 3 straight bad shots on the sim. They thought the bad shot was because of my swing, but I know it's just the fact that it was the PXG Gen 3 driver. Only 1-star off for not giving me a club that fits my elegant and professional golf swing.

First off...this store is huge. I am looking for a new set of clubs and wanted to see them in person. When I went last Saturday I was not ready to hit clubs but I did see many different name brands. I knew I would have questions and I spoke with a salesperson that pointed me in the right direction. I knew I was not going to make a purchase so I really did not waste their time. I did see what I wanted and that lead me to more questions. I have always like irons and do not have much experience with hybrids. I left wanting to know more about hybrids. I want to play with a small bag and walk more often. I spent more than an hour looking at clubs. I could have spent at least that if I wanted to use the hitting bays. I left that for another day. Wow. There is so much to see.

horrible racket stringers sometimes when I get my racket back the inside paint has been chipped off and just recently the last cross on my racket was skipped. Racket selection is also very very limited and a lot of the rackets (at least from what ive seen) are available to buy but not demo. the only reason I keep going here is because theres no shop completely dedicated to tennis in my area Update: I brought the racket back and they messed up again! I asked for natural gut in the mains and poly in the crosses and they switched it and put poly in the mains and gut in the crosses

Needed some golfing shorts, golf balls, and a golf glove as I have a tournament this coming Thursday. They have a great selection of what you need, and the staff is very friendly.
