stopped in to physically see and try on some candidates for my first Rolex ... greeted at the door and welcomed in by Jesse Kelly ... immediately offered coffee/drink and a cleaning for the Datejust my wife was wearing ... relaxed, informative, and friendly conversation regarding both Rolex and Pieter Andries ... invited to see the (impressive) service center and jewelers at work ... while I understand the current (un)availability of Rolexes, all in all a VERY pleasurable experience ... while I left empty handed, I also left with a reasonable expectation of acquiring the Yacht-Master I fell for sometime in the not too distant future ... certainly my best watch/jewelry store experience ... Jesse and Pieter Andries will be my top choice if/when a Yacht-Master should become available ... thanx !

Walked into the store to inquire about a couple of Rolex watches that I am interested in buying. My wife and I were greeted by a very helpful and courteous SA (Conner Guzman). Not only did he take time answering all our questions but also showed us different options and configurations of the watch I was looking for. We left the store with a very beautiful Date Just with a Diamond Bezel. Conner also added me to the list of the watches I wanted to buy. Will be working with Conner for my future Rolex buys. If Conner is an example of the staff at Pieter Andries I would highly recommend this store to any one looking to get a Rolex.

This place has a welcoming atmosphere. I came in looking for a timepiece for my wife's birthday. Kami, who was excellent, explained about each timepiece and let us know she cannot guarantee anything, but if the timepiece is available she would call us. We received a call saying the timepiece will arrive around my wife's birthday and it did! Kami was excellent in communcating. I was really skeptical at first because we received the "We will call you IF the timepiece you are looking for is available". I have heard this too many times, but Pieter Andries were telling the truth and they really did call. Cannot be happier and 100% recommend this place.

A 10 year dream come true! I first saw a Rolex Yachtmaster back in 2014 and knew that was the one I had to have when I could afford it. When I was able to I got on the list at another AD and waited two years without hearing anything so I decided to shop around and I went into Peter Andries and spoke to Marcy at the end of 2023. She took down my information and said that if one came in she'd let me know. I had been through this before and I know the supply is still short so I didn't get my hopes up. However, just a few short weeks later I get the text from her that the exact Yachtmaster I wanted had arrived. I couldn't contain my excitement. I went over the next afternoon and had the joy of purchasing my first Rolex. Everyone I worked with was fabulous. My wife was upset that she couldn't come with me to pick it up as she had recently broken her leg and another kind woman on the staff took video on my phone of me taking delivery to show her. The watchmaker who sized it for me was so nice and answered all my questions. It was truly a great experience and I'll certainly be back for my next one!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! DO NOT COME HERE. My husband and I spent a significant amount of money in order to get his wedding ring custom made here. The entire experience has been beyond disappointing. The first ring they gave us had an inscription on it that we did not approve when CUSTOM creating the ring. Which they eventually removed that after we complained several times. They also charged an extra 20% for the "type of platinum" they use for their jewelry, which they did NOT disclose to us when we were ordering! My husband has had his ring for 6 months, he wears it only on the weekends, and it already looks completely beat up. We took it to the store today to have it buffed/polished. They not only are charging us to have this ring fixed but also they tried to say that the ring needed rhodium plating to look even better and that would be an additional charge as well. One of the reasons we chose the platinum for his ring is because they told us it would never need to be rhodium plated. When discussing my disappointment with the manager, she was completely dismissive. The level of customer service here is absolutely horrible. We had hoped to establish long term service with this jeweler but we will never be returning.

I attempted to acquire a Rolex at this store, knowing full well the industry's inherent delays. However, the process turned into a nearly two-year odyssey, a stark contrast to a different Authorized Dealer in Dallas, where it only took a couple of months. The main issue stemmed from a noticeable lack of communication on the part of Conner and India, the store's representatives. They rarely kept me informed about the status of my order, which proved frustrating given the substantial investment required for a Rolex. On the flip side, the AD in Dallas provided a much more efficient and customer-friendly experience. They offered timely updates and maintained clear communication throughout the purchasing process, making me feel like a valued customer. In the world of luxury watches, where waiting is part of the deal, the quality of communication and overall customer experience can be the deciding factor. In this case, Conner and India at this AD left much to be desired, and I would strongly recommend potential Rolex buyers to explore other options that prioritize transparent and timely communication.

I am currently searching for a timepiece to commemorate a recent achievement, and I visited Pieter Andries Jewelers for this purpose. I was welcomed by Kami, who was amazing! She made me feel at ease and walked me through their selection of timepieces. Kami's extensive knowledge and insightful questions helped me narrow down my options to the ones that would suit me best. In addition, she shared their other jewelry and service options. I felt comfortable with her and trusted that she had my best interests in mind, which is the kind of relationship I value. I am looking forward to my future purchases.

I have visited the store several times, and the level of professionalism and customer service they provide always exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone you visit the store for any jewelry and Rolex needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain and show you about the products they have, like diamonds and watches. There is also a Rolex watchmaker on site should you service your timepiece. I would like to sincerely thank Conner and Kami for making my visits enjoyable and my most recent visit unforgettable! I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with you for many years to come. Thanks, guys!

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with Pieter Andries that I feel compelled to share. The level of customer service and communication I received during my dealings with them was simply abysmal.I had been eagerly awaiting a timepiece for years, which I believed would be worth the wait. However, my patience was put to the test when I was met with continual delays and a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my order. It seemed that my inquiries were often met with indifference, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.To make matters worse, I ultimately received my desired timepiece from another dealer within a mere month of engaging with a sales associate. This stark contrast in service and efficiency left me baffled and disappointed.Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Pieter Andries to anyone seeking a Rolex timepiece or exemplary customer service. The frustration and disappointment I endured were wholly unnecessary and avoidable. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering doing business with this establishment.

I've been on the waiting list for a sub since December 2021, and my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple check-ins and assurances that my order would arrive, I've been left empty-handed and frustrated.The lack of communication from the company is absolutely appalling. I've reached out to them several times, and it's like talking to a brick wall. The person responsible for customer service, AD, doesn't bother to respond to my inquiries. It's as if they have no regard for their customers' concerns or satisfaction.If you're considering purchasing a watch from this company, I strongly advise against it. Based on my experience, it's a lost cause. They've demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your timepiece needs.
