I’ve been shopping at the Southlake Pottery Barn for years. We’ve purchased rugs, furniture, bedding, and many other items from this store. I can honestly say that I’ve never had anything but pleasant experiences in this store. The staff is the best of the best!

Great store. Didn't buy anything, I just needed to use the restroom. The lady was super nice and allowed me to use their lavatory. I had to take a major dump after eating at Stella (no regrets). Thanks again!

Great experience! We were greeted right away by staff. Felix was so helpful at helping us find the right lounging chair and swatches to match our style. He was very patient, professional and not pushy at all. They had everything we wanted to see in store including the coffee table and rug before we purchased.

So disappointed in Pottery Barn, I’ve been to this store twice, once to the one in Fort Worth on University, then drove to the location on Knox street. Their customer service SUCKS! No one asks if you need any help, they act like they are above the customer…well let me tell your employees something. They are working to make money, I was visiting your stores to spend money…YOU LOST A BIG SALE, I will take my money elsewhere.
Also, COVID is over you need to get items in the store. The reason I’ve went to three locations is due to I want to see a comforter in person, NO I don’t want to order and return if it’s not what I want…I want to buy my bedding and take it home same day.
For the store on Knox Street, I suggest you send your employees across the street to Boll & Branch to see how customers are treated.

Pottery Barn has really lost its way. I’ll never understand how they can consider themselves a premium retailer and totally disregard their customers the way they do.
Don’t want that print hanging on your wall? It’ll cost you $279 more for their “white glove” delivery nonsense. Did you get that? $279 to have art delivered.
And you HAVE TO complete the transaction this way- they WILL NOT let you pick it up at the store.
Get with the program, Pottery Barn and start listening to your customers.

Wouldn’t recommend registering here. They don’t allow returns after 30 days, even though sometimes you don’t receive the gift till after that window. Customer service is extremely unhelpful. I have 5 holes in the sheets and they are unwilling to replace after only a year.

Garbage customer service and staff lies about restrooms being out of order and laughs about it while customers have to leave their purchase to find another location.I will not be back. This is the second time I have gone there and received garbage service.
