They fixed it, printed it while we were there and got it all out to us. We then shipped 9 packages and the second associate we worked with was very patient. He also gave us a tip on downloading Staples Connect app, which saved us a fair amount. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It's a stressful season for them but they are handling it like absolute professionals.”
