The store manager was extremely helpful in helping me select an orthopedic pillow. I appreciated the try before you buy option where I took the demo pillow home before I decided if it worked or not. I loved the pillow so I took it back to get a brand new one in the box. Excellent service.

Just a wonderful experience across the board! It is very hard to get good customer service these days so anytime I experience it I will share it! I am so pleased with my Purchase and the ease of delivery, And in addition, the owner put extra lumbar support in the chair before it was delivered. Don’t quote me on this because I don’t know if it’s the case for all their products but for this particular product it was and this chair is amazing.!

Truly excellent experience with RTB Southlake. Jonathan and Sean were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They’re very community-centric and support local businesses. Hard to find genuinely good companies these days but these guys are definitely top-tier. Will be coming back for all future chair/equipment needs for sure.
