The staff at Rowan was incredible! They were thorough, clearly experts and explained it well to my daughter. She was very nervous but completely calm because they did it fast and well. We will never go anywhere else but Rowan!!

Had a great experience here today! My 13 year old got her lobes pierced and I got my conch and forward helix and both left incredibly happy! I’d definitely go again for additional piercings!

Great experience! I made an appointment same day and walked right in and got my piercing. Bethany was super awesome and did a great job and the ladies at the front counter were super friendly ! Definitely recommend

I really wish I had read some of the one star reviews before I went in. I made an appointment with Rowan to re-pierce a previous piercing hole that I had, which never fully closed and was giving me trouble.I asked an associate over text when my appointment is confirmed, if this was something they could address. She said she thought so, but I would need to be evaluated when I came in. I went to my appointment, the nurse checked me, said I had minimal scar tissue, and that the hole could be re-pierced without trouble. When she pushed the needle through, she remarked "you were right, it did only feel half pierced."My husband was immediately skeptical. He said, if there was scar tissue like they said, I am surprised it was that easy to pierce through. A few days went by, and he asked to look more closely at the piercing. He then said, "I knew it. They didn't re-pierce your old hole, they gave you a whole new piercing."He took pictures so I could see. Because I chose the disc piercing stud, it covered the previous hole, so I couldn't see the nurse had messed it up.I called the store, and spoke to the manager. She asked me to send in pictures, and I did. She told me to come back and it would be fixed. She was kind and apologetic.It took me an hour with traffic to get back to the store. When I got there, they kept saying, "I'm trying to figure out how this could've happened. Maybe she misunderstood." No. It was absolutely not a misunderstanding. We talked about it extensively, and if after all that, why did she evaluate my scar tissue beforehand and tell me afterwards, "you were right, it was still half open?" None of it added up.The nurse who re-pierced me seemed a lot more capable. She told me, "if you're having trouble with this hole, this may not fix the problem." At that point I started crying. I told her, "Why have I talked to two associates, and this is the first time I am hearing this?" She said, "That's why you should come in..." I was flabbergasted at that point. I DID COME IN. I WAS EVAULATED BEFORE THE FIRST PIERCING.What kind of nonsensical gaslighting operation is happening here? I feel like these women are listening to absolutely nothing I have been saying.After all this, she was like, "Do you still want to proceed with the piercing?" I mean... I'm kind of halfway up Crap Creek already. I've paid $155, and have spent an hour in the car to get a second hole put into my body that I didn't ask for, or necessarily want.I told her just to do it, if my ear gets messed up, it gets messed up. It is already, and if I end up needing to see a doctor about it, then I will. I just wanted it done so I could leave and never come back.So that's what I did. I left, and I am never going back, and I suggest nobody else does either.

Rowan of Southlake is by far the best place to get pierced. My daughter and I were treated with the best care anyone could receive! Jocelyn made such an impression of kindness and my daughter was so comforted. Thank you!!

From the ease of setting my appointment to reaching out for questions, I had a smooth experience the whole way. When I got to the store I was immediately seen, all prices were explained, and the process was quick and easy. I love my new piercings. I highly recommend this business and thank you all for such a wonderful experience overall.

Unprofessional and no tact. Walked into the store to let them know about the courtesy check on our piercing. Tech even said she did our piercing but wasn’t interested in helping. It was meh. Going to the Dallas Rowan for a piercing next time.
