Wow! What an exceptional place to visit. I was blown away by the service I received yesterday. Excellent product knowledge and customer service. Do yourself a favour and go visit them once and I guarantee you’ll be hooked. I bought a North Face ski/snowboard jacket and am planning to buy all my gear from them. Places like this are few and far between. Don’t miss out on the experience.

I purchased a jumpsuit from this shop and was very happy with both the price and the very fast shipping. When the jumpsuit didn’t fit me, I was able to return with their free shipping label and received my refund in a timely manner. Their customer service support team is also very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be shopping at Saint Bernard again! they have a great range of designers/brands too.

I love this location!! Every time I make the drive from frisco it’s always worth and the team is so NICE and ACCOMMODATING! I had to bring my boys with me so Patty offered them snacks and a drink ! They are all excellent stylists also! And then there’s WILL who went out of his way to personally drive an item to my house so i would have before leaving town!!! That is going ABOVE & BEYOND. The customer service and team at the St. Bernard Southlake is PHENOMENAL!

Hailee at this location is amazing!! She went out of her way to take measurements and even send a pic so I could make sure I was getting the right size and color cashmere sweater I wanted! St Bernard is lucky to have her as an employee. She provided the best customer service ever!!!

I took my Atomic Hawk Ski boots to Tristan at their Southlake location. Either my feet grew or the other “boot fitter” where I originally bought them didn’t know what he’s doing. Tristan has truly fitted my boots like a glove. Absolutely amazing work, I’m on my 5th day in Breck - no pain at all, comfortable but tight as 130 flex should be.

Southlake Location.Horrible. Went in to look at ski boots and was never helped. Staff kept walking by me. They were not busy. I did not get the feeling anyone there skis anyway and would know anything. Don’t want my business, fine. Off to better places.

My family has been shopping at Saint Bernards for the past 15 years, first in Dallas and now Southlake. They provide excellent service and have impeccable product knowledge. My only suggestion is in the menswear choices - you previously carried choice for outdoor active, namely Kuhl- which I fell in love with because of your store, only to have you stop stocking their product. Peter Millar is fine for dressy casual, but falls short for any outdoor activities. Please bring back Kuhl for men.

Service was great, very helpful and I was in and out the store with exactly what I needed in 15 minutes. Prices are comparable to what's online. Rarely shop brick and mortar stores anymore but I'm glad I stopped in here.

Great selections of clothing and apparel. The associates are eager to assist and provide excellent service. Thomas is by far the best associate on staff. I always can trust them to go the extra mile and make sure my shopping experience is great!
