I had a great experience at this storage facility! The place is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really made the difference was the lady who assisted me. Amanda was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain all the options and made the entire process quick and stress-free.
It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and she truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a storage place with excellent service and someone who actually cares about helping you, I highly recommend this location.

We have been clients at this location for several years and have worked with various storage companies and management teams during this time. We can say without hesitation that the new Public Storage team--and especially Michael--are the most helpful and friendly people to work with. The facilities and especially bathroom are clean, the units are climate-controlled, and the security and app access are helpful as well. Very highly recommend.
Michael deserves a substantial raise por his professionalism.

Quality of place is nice but their service isn’t that great. Because the staff isn’t always at the front desk and available to receive guests who have issues.

This place is a rip off, was pleased at first, then Public storage bought this place they immediately raised the rates i started out paying $110 per month and am no paying $250 per month for a 10X10, ive had water damage twice and the insurance that they made me buy and is owned by public storage only paid me $100 on $2500 damage, very unsatisfied and plan on moving soon

What a great experience dealing with Brandi. She assisted with the rental of a second unit, was polite & made certain I knew the limitations of the Orange Door insurance. I purchased it, although little protection, AND secure coverage at SF.Polite, professional & friendly! Thanks Brandi! :)
