Public Storage recently purchased this facility from Simply Storage (which had great managers and a great facility). Since then, there have been issues with the property. First, the service elevator was broken for over 4 weeks. 4 weeks! I had to carry things down a flight of stairs which meant several trips and I could move nothing heavy. Now, they only have two carts to service two large buildings. I talked to Amanda (the property manager at the time) and she was pleasant. Amanda called Brandy (the other property manager) to inform her there was an unhappy customer (me) and explained the lack of carts. Simply Storage would have at leave 4 or 5 carts to use in the main building. Brandy said there was nothing she could do (interpret that she could not care or be bothered). Amanda asked Brandy if she would like to talk to me and Brandy emphatically said NO! Brandy, this was terrible customer service and you've left a horrible impression with me.

They make it easy to manage from out of town, but prices are outrageous. Frequent increases, even with autopay. Insurance increased since Public Storage took over. Beware if you end up storing longer than expected, it will cost you (way more than 1 free month).We also found a dead rat in the unit, which they refused to believe until we showed the body.

I have been a customer for quite a few years. I was having difficulty accessing my account with the new Website since it launched last week along with other people having same Issue. I tried support did everything that was suggested. Still no luck. They said they would forward the information to appropriate team. That was the last I heard from them. I tried to use the payment over the phone. No luck would not process it trying several cards. So I was able to Reach Karen at my Facility in Southlake. She was professional and friendly and extremely helpful. So Thank you Karen for assisting me on making my payment for my Unit. You’re in good hands at this Facility! Again, Thank You Karen for all your help!

Very clean, efficient and dependable storage unit. Karen, the property manager is quick to return calls, and help out in any way. Our company has several units here, and we are very pleased.

Karen in the office is very helpful and proactive. The non-climate controlled units get a but dusty over time, but no problems with rodents in the 2 years I have stored there.

Only good things to say! Karen and Janie have been extremely helpful as they have taken over the management of this facility. Previous management had locked the bathroom - thanks for opening that back up to your tenants! Always been prompt with responses and helpful with any needs. Been here for 2 years and never been happier!

No Thankyou I've been taken by low expectations by your many in and out peeps a bit to Many times. You've taken money that was not yours. If you think I'm going to engage in MORE GAMES your nuts. Your practices are shady. Your not going to stop because of me. Your legal thieves at best. I'm not bothering to talk to more of that. Notice HOW MANY "NEW" MANAGERS. it's not them. It's your business practices. You'll keep loosing them because your system is theft. Do not give your card to this establishment. It's like the old gym schemes. You can check out anytime, but you can't never leave. ?☑️✌️????Update:4/21. The latest over site was rectified. But it was not the first issue. I was graceful about so much until I could no longer be. But, thank you for aiming to correct this, at least. It's a shame such exchange must happen but hopefully we'll leave it here and you guys rise to expectations consistently. All the best. ?✌️

Since both Corie and Ken are no longer at this location, this place has gone down hill. The halls are dirty, I can never find any of the flatbeds, and there are moths in my unit. On top of that the rate increases are outrageous. Go elsewhere.Previous review: Got my 2nd storage unit with Corie and Ken. Won't go anywhere else.
